Some depots are better than other and some drivers are rude but not all of them. Had an issue recently but John sorted out my issue and will therefore continue my business with them. Never had a problem before this and think they are a good company. Thanks for putting it right

I have checked our system and we don't appear to have received any notification from your self or anyone else mentioning any damage? All goods are insured and if the delivery note was signed as damaged we can submit a claim. Be aware though that there are time limits to claims.

Good service with Speedshift
Good service with Speedshift, customer service is good over the past three years. Cheaper than the alternatives, Palletline the main competitor I also find provide worse customer service and send tricky drivers from their hauliers that need a Lot of hand holding when loading pallets.

I've never sent anything on a pallet… I sent an engine 400 miles with no problems
I've never sent anything on a pallet before. I needed to get an engine from SW to Glasgow and I was terrified. I wasn't putting it on the pallet and it was important that it was prepared correctly for its journey.
Once I'd paid I got a very scary email to say that if it leaked I'd be fined, and all sorts of provisos and conditions. But I'd paid and I had to hope it would be OK?To be honest communication from SpeedShift wasn't great. The engine wasn't picked up when they said it would be and no one got in touch. But it was picked up and delivered safely with no issues. And it was a very fair price. I don't know if it made any difference but I paid extra and insured it well, maybe it was better looked after. I also didn't rush it so that it could fit in with other peoples schedules. So I managed to get an engine on pallet delivered nearly 400 miles away for about £130. Great value. Thank you!

Yet another negative experience with…
Yet another negative experience with this company that has directly impacted my ability to move Goods in an expedient and proffesional manner.
Failed collection due to my use of an incorrect pallet and an overweight load. Full pallet booked at 1200kg and I could move the pallet on my own so not even close to 800kg. As for the incorrect pallet; to the average guy on the street a pallet is a pallet and yet Speedshift feel they have explained things in their FAQ's which is great if you actually go looking. Further charge of £56 to recollect but only because I contacted them for an update. Had I not my pallet would still be on my drive.
Very poor customer services, lady shouting over the top of me, zero flexibility and no Manager 'available' when requested.
