I’ve directly or indirectly been involved with four purchases and one rental with SW and they’ve always been balanced, professional and helpful. I’ve never experienced negative issues typical of other estate agents and always felt they were acting in the joint interest of the buyer and seller as far as they are able. They’ve been prompt and proactive in answering the many queries I’ve had, putting forward both pros and cons of issues or opportunities. Finally having dealt with many of their people over the last 5 years I’ve found them all to be consistently positive and transparent; clearly a well ingrained culture driven through the organisation. Recommended.

Communication is the key to a smooth selling experience and we found Emma Bradley to be exemplary. She always got in touch with us: we never had to chase for information.She was frequently
in touch with the buyer and even their solicitor to keep up momentum.

An excellent experience. We have just completed on our home in Niton and the Spence Willard team, led by Charles were extremely professional, communicative and helpful in every way. They even sent us videos of the property as we were unable to visit in person initially. They also understood the family dynamics of the seller and us as buyers to manage the whole process smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend-a rare find.

My wife and I have recently bought a house in Cowes being sold by Spence Willard. We can’t praise Phillip, Gaynor, Zadie and the rest of the team highly enough.
Throughout the whole process, the communication from them and help they have given us has been outstanding. They replied quickly to all e mails and couldn’t do enough to make sure everything went through on the dates we had planned for.
