We have just completed the purchase of our new home in Cowes through Spence Willard. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with, friendly and professional. However a very special thanks goes to Emma Bradley. She responded immediately to all emails and followed through with any action required and kept us fully informed at every stage. A genuinely earned and much deserved 5 star rating!

I found the staff nothing but helpful and friendly in the Freshwater branch. Any question or query was never too small. Their knowledge and professionalism is worthy of a five star review and would highly recommend

Hannah at the Bembridge branch made the process of selling my mums much loved family home to pay for care home fees, with great sensitivity. Her help was much appreciated as I am on the mainland. I’d highly recommend Spence Willard.

Hannah Cook was absolutely lovely the entire way through the process and despite a few setbacks she remained cheerful, helpful and positive. What really stands out though is that this wasn't a multimillion £££ purchase but Hannah treated all in the chain to the same high standard as if it were. She made the process feel genuinely personal and went out of her way to solve admin issues which were not really the agents direct responsibility. Based on our experience of Hannah I would highly recommend Spence Willard.
