Nice range of hampers, bit of a pain when trying to add multiple delivery addresses during checkout, but contacted customer service and they sorted it out quickly for me and kept me updated on the delivery. Will use again.

Have ordered from this company several times. Good choice of hampers for various occasions. This time I messed up on the delivery address, thinking the parcel could be collected like one does for click & collect, but although it was delivered correctly, it couldn't be released to the recipient because they didn't have the correct info/bar code for collection. Spicers were extremely helpful in sorting the problem out for me, and kept me informed at every step. They arranged for the hamper to be collected and redelivered without additional cost.

Spicers are great for gifts and service. Every year we have hampers for the family and Santa ones for the children, they all love them and starts their Christmas off with very festive spirits.
Spicers customer service and deliveries are excellent everything is of high standard and delivered on time.

Great value hampers but even better with early bird discount - website easy to navigate and deliver date always met.

We give these out to the employees who like the variety and quality of food.

On the occasions I have spoken to them, the staff have a polite and professional demeanour.

My order arrived today via DPD as promised & the items look superb!
Sadly I probably won’t get to drink any of them as they are Christmas gifts for others 😩

Having had an issue on ordering through the website, emailed issue which was dealt with promptly and changed the delivery date to avoid it going too early. Great responsive service.

Absolutely love this company, the 2nd letterbox hamper I have send with the recipients loving ,them, had a problem with the wording on the card, rung customer services and no problem it was solved, highly recommended.

Absolutely appalling service, 17 days later got an email reply. Order delivered late (3 days) no updates, don’t answer phones. Order was placed over a month ago so had plenty of time to dispatch.
Avoid.

I placed an order in October for Christmas hampers for our office staff to be delivered week commencing 6th December. On the 11th December I got notification that 50% of the order had been fulfilled. Despite several emails and calls and excuses about problems with addresses (not true) we are in the final days before Christmas and half our order has still not been dispatched despite payment being taken in October. Not impressed and would not use again

We were looking for a supplier of corporate hampers to celebrate the competition of a major project. I found Spicers online and was impressed by the range on offer. Their Customer Service team supported me through each step and got the hampers to all the individuals on the team, saving me a lot of work. The quality is fantastic and great value for money.

My son treated me to a lovely hamper for my birthday recently. It was beautifully presented and the range of treats was GREAT! I will be ordering myself!

Giving one star is truly more than deserved, messed up a Christmas order and then failed to respond to multiple emails and calls over the past couple of months. Definitely would never use again.
