Quality is questionable, "Gloria" who is an AI Agent , seems answer the emails with absolute no real person connect.
LED Lights are very low quality, it breaks just on looking at it, they do not replace, do not refund.. i will NEVER ever use this products, you can find all my products selling on ebay, as its low quality, low quality control and very annoying service .

I had a complex case with a return (SF2000) and a new order (SE4500), plus a warranty issue with a CO2 sensor. Lynn was incredibly professional, fast, and helpful throughout the whole process. They even sent me a brand new GGS Sensor Pro Lite instead of just a part! I am very satisfied with Spider Farmer's products and their outstanding support. Highly recommended!

Spider Farmer is a scam, I spent close to $2000 with them and there products are garbage, it is just all rebranded items from China, with zero customer support, nothing works as it should, and when you try to return anything they just give you the run around, I contacted several times to let them know and all they do is tell you to send them a video of what is not working, how can you send a video of the items not working? they are just thieves and scammers, I have been growing for over 30 years and wanted a automatic set up, you will not get that from them, save your money and just get the basic components and put them on timers, all the nonsense they tell you it will do does not happen.

I had a little problem but Lynn from the customer support helped me to find a solution everyone was satisfied with. A win-win Situation for All of us.
I would choose spiderfarmer again and if i ever have a problem with their products i hope Lynn will be my customer support!!

Bought lamp from SF. Very good, sturdy and efficient lamp. Unfortunately, after a year of exploitation dimmer died off. After a short dialog with support they did send me 95% working unit. Not sure what was other 5% but it is as good as new with hangers and Ethernet cabel. Just paid 15€ for delivery, nothing more.
Great service, nice equipment.

What a clown show. Apparently they have a reputation for quality equipment, but Spider Farmer doesn't have any clear instructions on how to assemble their product and that's not all. 1. Spider Farmer doesn't have one single video that shows how to assemble their product 2. The Spider Farmer instructions I received with my kit show a completely different configuration and different components than the kit that I purchased 3. After spending many days and many hours trying to deciper the instructions and looking online for any help I could find, I finally got my kit assembled and everything appeared to be working correctly, then after simply unplugging and plugging back one of the cords, all systems with the GGS Controller are now offline 4. No one at Spider Farmer will answer the phone, or return a phone call in regards to any Service Issues 5. After nealy 30 emails had went back and forth with Spider Farmer's Service Department, including a video showing them that everything was hooked up correctly, they sent me 2 more sets of instructions, each of them different, and each of them containing connectors/splitters that aren't even included in the kit that they sold me...the components that they require in the instructions aren't even included in the Parts List in the Owner's Manual
Spider Farmer has proven themselves to be completely incompetent, not to mention I get the feeling that they don't speak English. I asked them if they spoke English and they refused to answer my question. I highly don't recommend The Spider Farmer Experience.

No the best company to deal with when it comes to replace or fix something they got good customer service but the problem is waiting for the technician to made a decision or to figure out what’s wrong with the product meanwhile you are waiting at your house for them to figure things out for a week so they don’t really care for when you need it they can’t replace $140 item after buying so much shit from them lol and after I did the review they reply here and I got and email from them to like 20 minutes before to let me know that they will replace the item lol but I have to send a pic with a code number so I sent the wrong one so they only answer your email after 24hrs at 7pm so they emailed me today to tell that they will let me know when they send the replacement what a joke this guys are I like their products but duck keeping out with customers service better to buy a new one than dealing with customers service and hope it works Thanks Dani

I recently purchased a grow tent kit that came with a Spider FarmerG1000 watt light. Eight weeks into flower the light started malfunctioning and was flashing like a strobe light. Their solution was to have me send them an additional $320 and they would ship me a new G 1000 light. The kit and light was purchased approximately five months ago. I was so insulted by their way of fixing the situation. They have no idea of the cost of Hydro, fertilizer and other equipment needed.I asked to just return their light to which they responded that all their lights are in kits and they won’t open one to get me a new light but yet will if I send them $320. I was so insulted by this solution. The second resolution was for them to ship me a new driver from China and mentioned that I would be paying the duty and taxes for this driver to be delivered to my house, they did mention that they would pay the duty and taxes after I send them proof of receipt. Luckily a fellow producer was heard my dilemma and was kind enough to offer me a loan of a grow light to help salvage my grow. The offer today from Spider Farmer Canada I send back the light and they will send me a new light. I’m pretty sure this is what I asked to do in the first place. I am Canadian and wanted to buy Canadian but now realizing that this is more of a China product, I will most definitely not ever buy anything from Spider Farmer Canada. To all those that may read this trust me you don’t want this equipment. There are other products out there that most definitely will outperform and outlast their cheap products and has a customer service department that actually cares about their customers and not about their profits!!

We placed two orders for lamps in December and a third one in early February. It is now March, and we have received only one shipment out of the three.
For the first two orders we were promised delivery within 25 days. For the third order the promised timeframe was 15–20 days. It is now obvious that these timelines were deliberately underestimated just to secure the sale.
Communication has also been extremely disappointing. The sales representative either ignores our messages or replies very rarely. And when they do reply, they avoid giving any clear answers and respond with vague, deflecting statements instead of providing a specific shipping timeline.
At this point we have no clear information about when the remaining orders will actually be delivered. This level of service and communication is unacceptable for a business transaction.

False advertising on returns if not satisfied with their product within 30 days. They're making it impossible to return and are bribing me with 500 points to keep their product which equates to only $5. Please make sure you are 110% certain you are going to keep their products as is without the possibility of a return because they will not cooperate. Worst customer service and experience with attempting to return an order.
I suggest going with Vivosun as their products are top quality and have amazing customer service compared to POS spider-farmer.

They advertise same day shipping. 2 weeks later and they still haven’t even dropped off the package to fedex. They are no help either, and want to offer a future 5% discount instead of shipping it. I will never buy from them again because of the garbage customer service.
