Brought the 4x8 tent, after a month the zippers in the middle are broken and won't line up. Other zippers constantly are jamming up. Lot's of light leaks.
Sent feedback into Spider farmer a week ago, received a email back a few days ago stating they will be in contact. Which they haven't, very disappointed all around.

Worst customer service and scammers! False advertising for free returns within 30 days if not satisfied with their product. They're making me pay for the return shipping and tried to bribe me with points to keep the product. They only email once a day right after midnight and no phone number to contact them to. The quality of their products are low and looks better in the pictures. I do not recommend their products!

Complete scammers. They allowed me to pay for something that wasn't in stock, it took them over a week to even feel like sending me any update about what I paid for, now they are actively arguing with me about returning my money. The "fraud alert" on my credit card went off when I made the purchase so clearly Visa is worried about them being scammers too! I've bought equipment from Mars Hydro, Vivosun, and AC Infinity. Congratulations Spider Farmer. You have the worst customer service of all of them.

So a whole week after i ordered, I got an mail from Gloria/Customer Service saying that one of the products (GROWBAG11) in the sets I bought are not available because of produktion delay.
Then they offered me to wait 1 month for thoes GROWBAGS11 & some 'Spiderpoints' worth $5 as compensation. This is already outrages enough!
But the shitshow gets even better:
After waiting the doubled amount of days for delivery, as said as on spider famer website, turns out I have to send it back because I can't use anything because of the missing parts (GROWBAGS11) they actually never ever delivered to me.
So I sent everything back.
Only to wait another 6 weeks (we are now in week 6 and I still havent gotten my money back).
Today I asked whats the problme with my refund-money.
And dearest Gloria from Customer Servicer told me, they can't sent the money back because the GROWBGAS11 are still missing.
OF COURSE ARE THE THOSE GROWBAGS11 MISSING IN MY RETURN PACKAGE; IF YOU HAVE NEVER EVER SENT THEM TO ME DEAR GLORIA FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good products and even better service. I had a noise coming from my Inline-Fan during the middle of flowering. I wrote to them, and they sent me a new one within 2 days for free, even though the old one hadn’t completely failed yet. I’m satisfied with them and will stay.

I’ve order a spider farmer set g5000, the quality is great i also have the 5in1 ph and ec meter with the drip irrigation system. So far so good. Only that one of the led bars on the sf g5000 had stopped working but after a few emails with the support team of spider farmer i got a replacement one and was able to keep the old one for spare parts. This was all resolved within one week shipping of the new one included. Highly recommended spider farmer!

Such a wonderful company, I can't say enough good things about them. Their price point is spot on for new and experienced growers, and the time it takes for the goods to arrive from when you place the order is honestly, some of the fastest turn around I have ever experienced.
I have have purchased 2 tents (I upgraded to a larger tent) multiple lights and fans, and have not had an issues to date, everything works as advertised and maybe a bit better than first expected.
In terms of customer service, the response time has always been impressive. They really do take time to read your email and respond thoughtfully each time.
If you are on the fence about buying, just go for it.

I ordered 2 things from them. One product I received had broken parts and the other was missing a part. I notified them immediately and after a month of emails back and forth they tell me I have to buy these items again at full price in hopes that all the parts are included and not broken. Do yourself a favor and chose another company.

I had bought the G12 Hydroponic System from Amazon June 29th, 2025 in which the light started to fail and went permanently dim about mid September and when I reached out to Spider Farmer they said I had to deal with a separate department that deals with Amazon customer service issues so I did to which they fought me to warranty the unit and send a replacement light/module and instead insisted that I should buy another unit which had gone from $110 to $146 and just swap the defective unit and return it to Amazon, which I did October 15th, 2025, just to have the replacement unit fail and be stuck permanently dimmed just like the original on December 21st, 2025 to which I have reached out to Spider Farmer again since now Amazon is asking for $199 for the exact same unit (while no longer available on their Canadian website), I'd rather not just get another unit from amazon that's going to fail in less than two months, and now both of the customer service teams are not replying to my email except for on January 9th, 2026 where they said: "Hello!
Sorry, due to the large number of emails, it may have been missed. As our hydroponic lamp inventory is out of stock, we are unable to replace it for you. If there are quality issues with your product, can you apply for a refund from Amazon?" essentially ignoring everything in my email and even the fact that I have already gone through the whole amazon process and got a replacement that failed quicker than the original, can't buy a replacement that is now worth double, and the return window for the original unit closed July 27th, 2025. Now I'm out $110 for the unit and about $100 worth of seeds we had bought this unit to complete an experiment with, couldn't even get past the seedling phase before the lights failed. Don't easte you money, they don't stand behind their stuff.
*Update, Spider farmer saw the complaint and instead of correcting/warrantying the unit they just tried to send a refund, but because I had changed banks during that time Amazon tells me that they can only process the refund to the original card, attempt to send the original bank a cheque even though I don't have an account with them or get a gift card for which I am never spending another cent on Amazon. So yeah stay away unless you want to lose your money and be stuck with a pile of plastic waste. Worst experience with a company ever selling Chinese crap that doesn't last.

I demand a refund for not only the heater which you have been dancing around for weeks! But also the co2 sensor that broke immediately !!

They sell junk that breaks maybe 2-4 months after shipment
Don’t waste your time or money … these products are made poorly and meant to break with in a few months! Then they refuse to honor warranty saying oh product is out of stock.
Heater broke in winter time … refuses to send replacement or compensation. Buyer beware

I am in the UK and spent over £800 on SF kit, and several devices. There are not enough cables and splitters supplied to connect everything, and it is very messy anyway. Demi, at SF 'customer support' sent me an Amazon link for splitters, but no cable. SF use their own wiring code to prevent you using anything other than their own, which I found out when I bought a 10 port hub to overcome this problem.Now I have a soil sensor kit I cannot use.
I can't believe SF would lose customers over a couple of cables and connectors costing pennies. I plan to take time warning everyone off this dreadful company.
EDIT: Customer service provided more links for both cable patches and splitters, and sent me a diagram of how to utilise them for my purpose- thank you. I still think these should be included in the box, I now have a ten day wait from China.Hopefully you will soonhave a complete range available in the UK, and have these little details sorted out. I love your gear (my GGS is working perfectly), but don't spoil things for the sake of pennies.

Ordered a full tent setup with everything. Rotating fan broke after 6 months of use but they refused to replace it and wanted to give me 5 € price reduction on the new one. Never ordering here again.

i purchased a inline fan kit from them. not everything was in the box as advertised. i sent emails with no response. i called...the number was not accepting calls. i sent email with a question about purchasing an upgrade...still no response. honestly the fan works but it is made of plastic doesn't seem very durable. ill definently use vivosun next time...they answer their customers.
