Very professional

Product specialist Beth, was very helpful and polite. She was confident with the service that Spinlife gives its customers. I am very happy with the product and how she helped me with pricing. Most of all, Beth, followed-up with phone calls to ensure I was satisfied with product.

Never Again Will I Buy from SpinLife

The sales representatives gave me the wrong information on a transport wheelchair, but I didn’t know he was providing the wrong information until the item arrived. I sent the item back after I was hassled in January 2025 and I still have not received my refund. I emailed to check the status of the refund nearly two weeks ago and after two months and two weeks still no refund, but SpinLife has the item back already.

I emailed a question on Sunday…

I emailed a question on Sunday afternoon and received a phone call the next day, wow! The gentleman who called not only answered my question, but he also added the item I had a question about (size) and emailed a link so all I had to do was click the link and pay. So easy. Thank you Spinlife for the great service.

I purchased a mobility scooter

I purchased a mobility scooter from them just the other day it arrived today damaged I sent them pictures. They did say they were going to send it to the manufacturer but I wanted to talk to them because I feel that the product they sent me was returned. It was a scooter, and then instructions they gave me. they said the battery needs to be connected when you get it it was already connected and it also said the battery needs to be charged because it will not have a charge on it when it arrived the battery was hooked up, and the battery was 100% charged plus The Styrofoam that was packaged in it was just crumbs. I sent them pictures of that. Also I tried to have them contact me they just don’t respond.

Great Customer Service

I ordered a wheelchair online and some of my choices were not consistent with the wheelchair specs. Jeff (Spinlife customer service rep) called me and made sure all of my choices were wheelchair compliant, and what I really wanted on my chair. Geat customer service!

We purchased Rouge wheelchair from…

We purchased Rouge wheelchair from spin life . A sales person , Trent was who took us through the process . He was very detailed in helping us . Also his patience and kind words made this process so easy . When the chair arrived we are so happy with it . When it’s time to purchase another chair I will be calling Trent again.
