Customer Service could use a refresher

I placed an order of (2) sweatshirts on August 10th around 10:00pm EST, which were going-back-to-school gifts for my grandkids. I realized one of the sweatshirts had the wrong school mascot name and reached out early the next morning requesting the correction, which was before they got in as they are in Michigan. Point blank I was told "sorry, no cancellations because of our system". I reordered the correct sweatshirt on 8/11 and received that one within a week. The first order (8/10) was never received. I inquired and was told if it didn't arrive by the weekend "let them know and they'd reship"....by now it had been (3) weeks and still nothing. I reached back out and requested them to cancel the order and refund my $--school had started and I made other arrangements for gifts. I received a reply back "we'll send another order". I told them I'd review them accordingly and I am. I FINALLY received the order of (2) sweatshirts early this week. I WILL NOT use them, again. Their customer service etiquette leaves a lot to be desired and I'm thankful they're not the only game in town. It's a shame for them. My grandkids are very young and have a lot of years of sweatshirt needs ahead. I'll go elsewhere. They apparently have plenty of business.

Poor quality

Poor quality, sizes are way off and the colors of the school logos l ordered were not accurate. Do not order from them. No returns or credit. Poor customer service

Late arrival -

I cannot yet comment on the quality of the products. I did order two items on 9/4 and paid extra for 2-day shipping for a 9/9 event. The items will not be here until 9/10.

Two good One BAD

I ordered 3 different pieces, two sweatshirts and a quarter zip lightweight jacket. The two sweatshirts seem to be sized well and the quality is good, however the quarter zip jacket is very poor quality and sized at a minimum of two sizes too small. The length is like a midriff shirt and the fabric is very low quality. The company return policy does not allow returns for sizing, beware!

I’d give customer service negative…

I’d give customer service negative stars if I could, but fortunately the quality of the product is good, so one star is generous, but earned.

Two items in my order were incorrect. The first was one of the adult mediums was sent as a youth medium. The second was that I had an extra 2XL and was one short an XL. While hurrying off to work, I sent the photo of the youth T-shirt and a photo of one of the 2XLs (there were several in my order) and asked for the exchange of both. Customer service advised I could keep the youth shirt (thanks, because I literally have no one to give it to) but then advised on the other shirt, that their bookkeeping, labeling, and packaging was fail-proof , and the rest of my order was accurate. After several exchanges with them (and by the way, I do not believe that this is a fully USA-based company as the English language used in emails was often confusing) and after I had checked my order numbers against the order to be sure I hadn’t ordered one size incorrectly, I literally said ‘All I know is that I have one more 2XL than I need, and one less XL than I need,’ and that I would like that situation to be fixed. They refused to make the correction and eluded to their fail-proof tag-labeling system again (because hey..that’s how I ended up with a kid’s medium instead of an adult medium… through their fail-proof system…). I answered that I would just keep the wrong shirt, and their lack of any attempt to help me fix the issue would reflect in my review of Spirit Shop (hence this review). After that comment, they also would not provide me the tracking info that I asked for on the medium shirt correction so that I could watch to see if I was going to have it in time for our reunion.

IF your order arrives correct, then you’ll probably be happy. Shirts are good quality, and the printing seems fine (although someone did mention in an another review that peeling did occur to theirs… right now all my shirts are still brand new). However, if you have to deal with customer service, while I agree they are responsive, they would not admit to, fix, or offer a solution to what should have been a pretty easy exchange on one tshirt. And good luck understanding why.

Clothing was great quality

Clothing was great quality, designs exactly as I expected and ordered. Adult stuff runs slightly bigger than I expected but since they're sweatshirts we didn't really mind, they're comfy.

Great Customer Service

I made some design and color choices that may not have delivered a good final product. I was contacted by the printer, offered some recommendations, and ultimately delivered a great product. Customer Service was very engaged in the process all the way through delivery. Well done!

Sweater

The sweater was well made and shipping was fast, my son loves it. My only issue was when you open the package I didn't let the smell of the sweater I had to wash it twice before wearing. Other than that the sweater is good.

I ordered a track specific shirt for my…

I ordered a track specific shirt for my son and it came with the school name and year, but it did not have "TRACK AND FIELD" under it. If i order another track shirt I am spending more than what i would with the school. Hoping it was just a small mistake. I will say that when I reviewed it, it was not on there, but i assumed it would be on the final outcome since I chose the track symbol.

length of delivery time

It was somewhat difficult to find what I needed, but not impossible.
