Been a spitfire customer for almost a year now and have had no issues whatsoever, every query is met with a quick response and regular checks are made with us to ensure we aren't having any problems. Speeds and reliability are of utmost important and Spitfire do both of those very well, at a great price.

Spitfire are really excellent at providing telecoms and digital support to their customers. Their customer service is second-to-none and they are very diligent in monitoring customer accounts. What is really great is that it's possible to speak to someone, and they sort out the problem. Not like other providers we could all mention!! Well done Spitfire.

We ordered a new 1GB line on 4th July 2023 and finally on 6th September we were told the line was live. It isn't live and now we are in an endless circle of Spitfire sending us routers, asking us to buy cables, very reluctant to contact BT open reach because they do not want to spend any money. It has been a horrible experience where at one point we were confused with another site in EC1 which I believe is where all the problems have stemmed from. Meanwhile our company is already being charged for two lines since the 6th September.
It is a real shame as I have recommended Spitfire across the board in my career and have had perfect service until now but this is just ridiculous.
I hate you so much. When the service is working all is good. I have now been without internet for three days and have been advised another five days before being fixed. Customer Services answer “send you out a modem but you will have to pay postage” External fault, “we can contact BT but there will be a charge if no fault” There is no internet, there is a fault and Spitfire really do not give a sh.. Hiding behind the fault, there is nothing they can do. No help to the solution for my business. You sit in your London office with your smug faces and your attitude. I really do hate you, I hope the flies of a thousand camels infest your armpits and that one day you will improve your customer services, . My advice use the company if needed but when it goes wrong do not expect a good customer service experience.
We agreed terms to purchase a new home, known as the Harrington development in Tamworth in Arden . We visited the development prior to exchange of contracts identified numerous items of poor workmanship. Spitfire confirmed that the issues will rectified prior to handover . We also requested a few minor tweaks and accepted that we will pay the costs for these changes.
Spitfire then went back on their word and sold the property to a different buyer. We were very disappointed that they sold the house after agreeing terms with ourselves.
As a new member to an existing team, Spitfire were more than helpful with prompt efficient replies throughout when helping me set up my desk & handle any technical issues.
Others at my workplace report similar experiences and have been using them for a while.
If there was an ability to give a minus rating I would do it! This is the worst Company and should be avoided like the plague.
We have a business contract, and they operate our phone systems and both voice and data lines coming into our office. We have been without full service for some 4 months now. Initial issues were voice calls dropping out.
Their support team have to be chased to do anything, but in essence all they do is send you out a list of instructions as to how to identify any issues yourself. The instructions show that they do not have a clue what systems they have really installed, as the test included tests on equipment that simply was not in place.
All tests have not fixed the problem. Everything they try and do remotely just makes it worse. We recently had to do more tests which resulted in us losing all systems. With no phones, no internet our staff could not do any work. Spitfire refused to send out an engineer to help and we were just left waiting for their engineer to speak to his management. Ultimately at additional cost, we arranged for our IT contractors to come out and get us back up and running. In the meantime we got a message from Spitfire that they noticed the system was back on line (not as a result of their help) and would just monitor the situation - hardly helpful!
When there is a problem, spitfire are incompetent and expect you to problem solve. Rather than fix issues, they just encourage you to upgrade things at additional cost (and to their benefit).
I should also say that some of the systems originally installed were mis-sold and not fit for purpose.
When you run a business, you need to be able to rely on telecoms providers. The amount of downtime we have experienced has caused damaged to our business and time spent trying to deal with Spitfire has increased the damage to our business.
DO NOT USE THEM
Spitfire are a reliable and very good technical supplier of our phone and internet system , Any issues are dealt with immediately and successfully , We have been with Spitfire for the last 2 years and can highly recommend them

As an international business who uses Spitfire services at multiple UK sites I have personally found the service and support to be responsive and reliable. Our account manager, Alex Vick, is always quick to respond and offer solutions without being pressuring.

Frustrating Setup
I recently moved my business phone line from Spitfire from BT. The service was great while coordinating the package with my account manager but unfortunately very frustrating when it actually came to the setup. My number porting got lost (likely caused by BT but they blamed Spitfire) so I requested a new number from Spitfire. It took a week for this request to be processed with numerous members of staff on annual leave and no one covering. I ended up sending multiple unreplied to emails & calls before it got sorted. I found it a very frustrating process, with little care from Spitfire or apology for the slow service.
A few other small things that are annoying - there is no customer service involved in the setup or guide in how to actually setup the phones (you just get sent the handsets and cables) or advice on the answerphone system.
I wouldn't recommend moving your business phone line to them unless you're patient and don't mind a week without a phone line.

Spitfire helped us to migrate to a VOIP system, and setup a fibre ethernet leased line. It has been very smooth and successful. the team have been responsive and the project has been on budget.

Nothing more than high pressure sales for a product that you can get elsewhere for a fraction of the price and with companies that have good aftersales and support. I was previously with spitfire for over 3 years and would not entertain going back to them again.
We are a small company that was originally with BT for our phones and internet, and it was costing us a lot of money (we were sold a system far more complex than we ever needed). I heard an advert on our local radio station in the Midlands from Spitfire, so we thought we would speak to them to see what they could offer.
Having spoken to them, they were very careful to understand our needs and never tried the 'hard sell' technique - just offering us what we needed. Due to our location, they were even able to send someone out who could see how our current network was set up (across multiple rooms) and make sure we ordered the correct kit to be up and running once it was delivered.
We are very happy with our choice of provider for phones and internet, and we are saving a lot of money in the process.
Periodically, Spitfire get in touch (with our agreement) just to touch base to see if there is anything else needed, or to mention other options that we may find useful, but again, no hard selling. This was extremely useful since most of us are working from home due to Covid restrictions, and we now get voicemails sent to an email address, and could even take and use our office phones at home, just as if we were in the office.
Overall, we are very happy we changed providers. We have been with Spitfire for over 2 years now, and are so glad we did.

We set up a community helpline in March last year and used Spitfire for the line. They were very helpful and guided us through the set-ups and organised a generous discount for us. Robert our client services rep was really hands-on, I can't praise them enough. Great company and brilliant 5-star service
