I used Spitfire for fifteen years or so within London at two different locations (including the transfer between them) and they have been superb. We have had SDSL, EFM, and a leased line over the years, and the service has been excellent. They have given us both IPv4 and IPv6 (indeed I believe I was their first IPv6 customer) and throughout they have been highly professional, extremely reliable and superbly technical competent in their support. Sadly I no longer have need of a dedicated line, but if I need to in the future then they will be the first people I turn to.
If you need an internet line, you should choose Spitfire.

Needed a dedicated internet connection to help with working from home (kids = bandwidth warriors). So now I have one for home (streaming TV, gaming etc) and one dedicated for work. The team at Spitfire were super helpful and super responsive. And pleased to say I now have super fast fiber connection. No more glitchy CCs :-)

Writing this now on a very reliable Spitfire internet connection, and I have a Spitfire phone on my desk. Solid provider, used them for five years now, never looked back. Much better than the cheaper rivals. They're a business provider, so don't expect them to be the cheapest. But the service they provide is superb.

Seriously don’t expect any service from these people. Just to give context....
- I called my account manager back in June/July time as I did with all my suppliers whose services I wasn’t using. I was clear in saying I didn’t expect any discount but given the circumstances and money being tight would there be anything Spitfire could do given we were barely at the office and barely using the wi-fi.
- My Account Manager said that if I was barely using the wi-fi then I should get a discount.
- I asked specifically if I should turn the router so that it was clear it was not being used at all. She said there was no need to do so.
-A few weeks later I asked about the discount and she told me it was ‘being reviewed’ but should be fine.
- I then followed up a few more times and again asked if the router should be turned off to which the reply was ‘there was no need to’.
- After checking again a few weeks later I was then told that because the wi-fi had been used I would get no discount.
- I mentioned this to my IT support who are
my link to Spitfire. He then spoke to my account manager about it who told him that ‘I probably should have told him to turn off his router.’ This is despite the fact she did not mention this to me once when I complained about it
- At the same time, I was considering leaving my office or moving back to my old office in the same building. Bear in mind I had only recently had to pay £180 to BT to move the line to another room.
- I explained to my account manager that obviously I would then have to do this again if we moved back to the old office. I very clearly explained that the cost of all this therefore played a part in whether I left the office completely or moved to a smaller room.
- She then incorrectly told me that if I stopped using the wi-fi and cancelled I would have to pay 50% of the total monthly cost until October when the contract was due to end.
-I therefore thought it worth moving offices and continuing with the wi-fi as it was going to cost either way.
- However, when it came to actually cancelling, I realised we had no contract until October 2020. My account manager actually confirmed this in an email when she realised it herself. She had therefore given me incorrect information which had then caused me to make a decision when in reality I could have quite easily have cancelled back in June or earlier. I also would likely not have paid £180 to move the line back to my old office.
On top of all of this they had the cheek to chase me for £45.00 even though there was no contract in place for this and charge me £25.00 for a court order to get their money after 60 days of non payment.
All this without any apology or explanation as to why I was treated this way. I was told
I would get an email explaining the situation after I paid them the money and I’ve still had nothing. I sent a polite message to their MD telling him I had been treated poorly and if he wanted know more he could contact me. Unsurprisingly I heard nothing back which sums up the attitude of this place. Clearly their MD just like the rest of their organisation believes they’re above the customer and why should they help or communicate with you....Also worth noting that they think it’s perfectly normally to send documents around with your passwords on copying numerous people in.... Don’t expect anything from these people, they provide you with an internet connection and that’s it....
Thank you Spitfire for always providing us with great service. I cannot fault our experience, a special thank you to Ajay N our account manager.

We have now been a spitfire partner for a number of years. We have various clients that are utilising their services and we continually hear positive responses from our customers about the services that spitfire supply. Along with UK based support which I can count on 1 hand the amount of times we have had to raise a support incident which goes to show how reliable and robust their products are. Excellent account management from Tom McManus who diligently works to find the best solution for the client while considering the whole picture including budget, requirement and availability to provide the right solution every time. We have no issues recommending spitfire to anyone.

I have worked with various suppliers all over the world, but I've hardly seen any with such an amazing level of customer service. All requests were dealt with very quickly by the support team, and I particularly appreciated the positive, always helpful attitude, of our account manager Dan Chada, who went above and beyond in meeting all our requirements and following up on all our requests. Thank you for offering us such a great service over the years.

New to Spitfire and would definitely recommend them. Yes we had a few challenges in moving (no thanks to our previous supplier) but an excellent focus on our business needs and good account management meant that we were able to transition to remote working very quickly and successfully. Particular thanks to Robert Diseren who keep us up to date with progress and on track throughout.

We have been working with Spitfire for nearly 14 years, and have had successive Internet and telephony solutions. We started with SDSL back in 2007, VoIP since 2011, and even worked with their MPLS product for multi-site interconnects.

We have worked with Spitfire for more that 10 years and have only ever had excellent service from the Support team who are operational 24x7 and our account manager Tom McManus.
We have found them not only knowledgeable but also proactive and helpful.
We have had problems with some installations BUT in all cases this was the fault of the underlying wholesale supplier (OpenReach, TalkTalk, Virgin, etc.) and in these cases we know Spitfire did everything possible to make the delay as short as possible!
We strongly recommend you use Spitfire Services - if use need any more detail I am happy to discuss with you offline!

One star only because that's the least you can do. Upgraded our service then charged us for both even though they couldn't possibly have provided both because we failed to sign a piece of their internal paperwork and refused to refund. Then sneakily change terms and conditions and continue to chase for 6 weeks money after they disconnected the line again due to poor communication and confusing paperwork. Avoid like the plague!
No customer service, no service skills, bad attitude all round.
Extremely bad communication and if you not IT person good luck in installing the router yourself. Very disappointed as they charge 300£ + a month and expect you to be an IT genies.
