The products are great but either no response from customer service or subpar response (two experiences on two different orders). Ordered from here because they had an item that no one else did, but will avoid going forward.

I always get great service from spoiledbrat and always love opening my parcel as soon as it arrives. Their items are high fashion and hard to find.
So it's always nice to get great discounts on already great prices.

I ordered some Beetlejuice merch. The shipping was out a bit late but there were other circumstances that caused delay. I got exactly what I ordered and everything was in good condition.

I ordered shorts and a top was sent in error
I have emailed to point out the error and have had no response
This was a gift and was very disappointing

Candle arrived broken. Unable to give as a gift yet refused refund and Susan was extremely rude in her emails. Avoid!

Lovely experience, everything came perfectly and although I had a refund of one of the items I'm still pretty happy with what I've got.

Easy to order, delivered promptly great quality product.

My first order was fine, hassle free, however I have just placed another order and am quite disgusted to see that I have been charged £9.95 for shipping on an order over £50 for which, according to the Spoiled Brat website, delivery is free. I did not select express shipping at checkout and I don't need or want it. I have requested a refund of the £9.95, depending on the response from customer services I may update this review but I can really do without this sort of grief.

Edited to add: I think this is on its way to being resolved but apparently the pop-up on the website that says ‘you’re eligible for free delivery’ doesn’t apply when you are using a discount code, which is misleading. I also definitely did not actively select express delivery at checkout.

Love this website! Awesome products and fast, well packaged delivery with good notifications and updates. Items exceeded expectations :)
