I’ve ordered from Spoonflower several times but will never use them again. The wallpapers were expensive but OK. Of the 4 fabrics I’ve ordered from them (I know, it took 4 times!) I’ve never used any of them. The first 3, I just sucked it up because they do not honor returns and I knew that. This last time, I was hopeful (obviously) that their fabric description was accurate. IT WAS NOT! What they call velvet has NO upright nap, it just lays flat. It was NOT velvet. After trying to reason with their “customer service” all I received were arguments about how I was wrong. I had planned to upholster an antique chair. I wouldn’t even use this cheap piece of crap on a pillow. Despite being a repeat customer, their policy is to tell you to “suck it”.

I had purchased a piece of fabric last year. I wanted to use it in a baby quilt but I couldn’t be sure of the shade of blush pink used in the fabric. I contacted Spoonflower for advice. They asked for a pic of the fabric and I was so pleased with the results. Within 24 hours I was sent by email several types of patterns and ordered what I needed. I can’t tell you how easy it was, how great full I was for the quick service and I will always be a return customer to Spoonflower. Plus the fabric is such great quality.

I’ve consistently had a great experience with Spoonflower. The print quality is beautiful, orders arrive as expected, and their customer support is genuinely helpful and responsive. It’s clear they care about both their products and their customers.
Prepasted is the best wallpaper for DIYers, so easy to put up and take down. I also love Organic Cotton Sateen for quilting, and all the Linen options for apparel. I can't stop buying tea towels and throw pillows - it's a problem!

I ordered over the weekend and had to change my order. Unfortunately, they were closed and I couldn't get through to anyone. I did, however, leave an email message. The morning they opened, I received an email and my issue was resolved! Great selection, GREAT customer service! I WILL DEFINITELY use this company again.

Their quick response in solving my shipping address delivery. Being in a remote location the US post office does not deliver to your residence in my area. If your shipping address does not include you post office box # they return pkg to buyer. I forgot to put my Box #., it was my mistake. Spoonflower, quickly responded and mailed the order to me at their expense! Wow, thank you

I ordered the prepasted wallpaper from Spoonflower for my home office and love how it turned out! The order arrived quickly, and the wallpaper was easy to use. My husband and I were able to complete the entire wall in just a few hours. The overlap made hanging it really straightforward, and the final result looks absolutely gorgeous. I’m so impressed with the quality and ease of installation!

I am an artist on Spoonflower and have not achieved adequate sales. They seem to be lacking knowledge with regards to sales tax and 1099 issuance as well. There platform also lacks features available on other platforms such as image adjustments (product placement) and design library or shop image arrangements. I had hoped that the Shutterstock purchase of Spoonflower would have improved but I have not seen any improvements.

Wallpaper came in early but the color was misleading. The wallpaper I ordered was supposed to be a dark army green and the wallpaper that got delivered is more of a lime green. Very frustrating considering they don’t allow returns so now I spent a lot of money on a wallpaper that isn’t even the color they advertised and I’m stuck with it. Bad customer service.

Help! I hope Spoonflower replies to me. I have been a Pro customer for about eight years, buying lots of fabric and wallpaper, spending lots of money. I have several hundred designs. People LOVE my beautiful, colorful velvets. Starting about five or so months ago, almost every order I have placed for velvets has been badly discolored. These are all patterns I have previously printed and now vary radically from before, to the extent that they are unusable. Help with this has been very slow, weeks if not months going back and forth via email, and nothing is still resolved. It is impossible to actually talk with anyone. I run a professional business, depending on Spoonflower for what has been great product, and this just isn’t acceptable. I need an artist advocate or a Pro help representative who has the ability to really help, not just basically say too bad in a somewhat pleasant way.

Zero options to reach any customer service on line, in chat, via email or telephone. Absolutely abysmal.
Fabric ordered and paid for. Two weeks later hasn’t arrived at post office. Notorious “shipping label created” which any vendor can create and print on a printer. Doesn’t mean it arrived at the post office. No way to track, no way to chat, no way to reach a representative, no way to reply to automated emails.
Really impossible situation.

The colors are always off on the satins. Always more yellow/green than they should be and that's AFTER ordering their satin color chart and choosing colors directly from it. The shipping takes so long. I have a small business and for the size/weight package they send with my typical orders I would normally pay $5 shipping and packages are received within 4 business days using USPS. Spoonflower uses UPS, I pay $8 for a poly bag and have to wait about 10 business days to receive the package. I don't understand that at all. I will unfortunately have to look for a new custom printed fabric supplier as soon as my business slows down enough to get that situated.

Don't trust the wallpaper calculator! They over sell you on product and you can't return. Love the wallpaper not policy. I have a whole roll at $69. I don't need, they sure pad their nest.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a sample (it’s expensive to begin with with $7.99 for shipping a sample), the tracking says it never shipped, and they want me to wait 2.5 weeks until they will send me another one. Life’s too short.

Ordered some pillow covers, pillow inserts, and 2 panel curtains recently. Orders arrived quickly and the prints/colors are exactly as pictured. Not crazy about the pillow inserts, though and the curtain fabric is a bit heavier than I would like, but overall pretty happy with my order.

I have been a loyal customers for more than 10 years, but in the last few years the customer service has be absolutely awful. Orders going missing or delayed for no reason yet they're so expensive. For the first time I am sourcing other suppliers. Spoonflower is not what it once was.
