I have placed two orders with the company.
First order - had great experience. Product with no faults. Speedy delivery and quick updates.
Second order - doesn’t even appear on their website I just have a confirmation email.
after using running trainers for 4-5 the sole started to peel, glue on the sides to separate. Notified customer services, I have been requested to send trainers back. Return label has been provided, but at this point collection should have been arranged as the faulty item has been sent to me. Kept in touch with Connor and Ella. I have spoken with lady on the phone she seemed quite nice.
Today I have received an email that replacement order has been arranged. Meaning that trainers were faulty. However I was not given option for a refund in case I wanted it. No communication from customers services.. I have emailed them enquiring about it and Ella responded that this is a standard procedure and in case I’m not happy with replacement I can return it. More inconvenience… why send the replacement instead checking first with a customer. Why would anyone want the same set of trainers if the first ones were faulty? Surely you would apologise for sending faulty trainers and issue a refund. Common sense…
