Very quick delivery service and efficient processes.

Very quick delivery service and when I had to exchange some items in the order for a different size, the return & exchange process was also simple and quick.
As soon as the post office had accepted my returns, SportsShoes sent out the replacements. Very efficient service!

Ok so far not tested waterproofing

Boots are comfy but due to weather not had chance yet to test waterproofing.
Disappointed as there was no paperwork with the goods.

Still waiting for a refund of trainers…

Still waiting for a refund of trainers I sent back having re ordered larger size to avoid out of stock re exchange time.
They have received but still no refund.

We have used this company a few times but some of the procedures could be streamlined for ease and quickness.

Thank you for your feedback, and I am truly sorry to hear that your recent experience with us did not meet your expectations—please accept my sincerest apologies. After reviewing your order, I can confirm that you chose express delivery at checkout. Our express service guarantees delivery within two working days for orders placed before 5PM Monday to Friday. Since your order was placed after 10PM on Friday the 19th, it was dispatched on Saturday; however, the courier only received and processed it on the next working day, Monday 22nd June and from that day we have to count the working day count. Bearing this in mind, your order is still expected to arrive within the promised timeframe, which would be by the end of Wednesday 24th June. I will personally monitor your delivery to ensure it arrives promptly and will take swift action should any issues arise.

Updated - two orders with the…

I have placed two orders with the company.
First order - had great experience. Product with no faults. Speedy delivery and quick updates.
Second order - doesn’t even appear on their website I just have a confirmation email.
after using running trainers for 4-5 the sole started to peel, glue on the sides to separate. Notified customer services, I have been requested to send trainers back. Return label has been provided, but at this point collection should have been arranged as the faulty item has been sent to me. Kept in touch with Connor and Ella. I have spoken with lady on the phone she seemed quite nice.
Today I have received an email that replacement order has been arranged. Meaning that trainers were faulty. However I was not given option for a refund in case I wanted it. No communication from customers services.. I have emailed them enquiring about it and Ella responded that this is a standard procedure and in case I’m not happy with replacement I can return it. More inconvenience… why send the replacement instead checking first with a customer. Why would anyone want the same set of trainers if the first ones were faulty? Surely you would apologise for sending faulty trainers and issue a refund. Common sense…

We appreciate your positive comments regarding your first order and our usual service levels. We’re sorry that this experience did not meet the same standard, particularly with the issue you experienced with the trainers.

Regarding the warranty process, when you contacted our customer service team, a return label was provided for the trainers to be assessed. As part of our warranty procedure, you were advised that once we received the item back and it was deemed faulty, we would issue a replacement to be sent out straight away, subject to availability. You were also advised that if no contact was made to request an alternative solution, a replacement would be issued.

Following the return being received and the fault being confirmed, a replacement was processed in line with this procedure. At no point after contacting us about the fault did you inform us you'd prefer a refund - not at the initial stage of the enquiry, not after you were informed of the warranty process, so the replacement was issued as per our standard process. 

We do appreciate your comments regarding communication and understand your frustration around wanting the available options discussed before a replacement was issued, however we believe we have done whatever possible to keep you informed of the process and acted according to it.

Although I had to pay for delivery the shoes arrived the next day even though it wasn’t next-day delivery so I was impressed with the speed of it. The shoes themselves are perfect!
