I am sorry you have not had the gloves.
These were ordered on 28th December and all the carriers then shut down from 31st and did not start normal operations until 3rd January which has obviously delayed your delivery plus being in such a glorious part of the country might have delayed delivery by an additional day.
I am sure that your gloves will arrive imminently and we have now sent you the tracking.
