Fast delivery and great service. Only 1 bad point… that’s that you have to pay the postage to return anything to them. There’s no printed returns label with prepaid postage.

As a small company we would love to be able to provide this service however this is something we just cannot afford to do at the moment but this is reviewed regularly.
Very disappointing

I'm very sorry that on this occasion we were unable to fulfil your order, i can assure you that this is a very rare occurrence.
I have spoken to Neo in our mail order department and he has informed me that unfortunately on going to pick the item from our inventory it wasn't there, so he was unable to fulfil your order. He looked for an alternative for you but in a UK13 the only option was a Burton Moto which would have been quite a bit softer than the boots your ordered.
We are due to have our new stock delivered over the next couple of months so we should have some alternative options available soon.
