First class company to deal with!
Had basic free delivery which was tracked, delivered in 3 days.
Not my first purchase, each time standards are this high!

The service I have received has always been excellent. Either on line or on the 'phone. I have just cleaned out our three in one bird box to install a third camera. Perhaps a little late in the season, but I'm sure we will soon have a new family moving into each box as they have for the last few years.

Very easy to install. The image quality is not amazing, but it's enough to start with. Quite susceptible to disruptions. You need to find a place free from wifi interference. Overall I recommend it

I have been a customer of Spy Camera CCTV for 7 years and purchased all my cameras mainly for Bird Boxes both analogue and POE. I have always had good efficient service. I recently hit a problem with trying to add a Hikevision Dome as a security camera which I purchased as a ‘refurb’ however, I just couldn’t get it to work and contacted the Help Desk and liaised with Stephen. He was very helpful with supplying details to assist in the set up. Still unable to resolve the problem he arranged for an engineer to access my system and quickly established that it was a ‘Password’ issue in the camera itself. My new camera was soon up and running. Well done, great service.

I have dealt with GreenFeathers/SpycameraCCTV for a number of years and will keep doing so. Their equipment is second to none and easy to understand the camera set up. When I have had a failure with a camera like a Infra Red failure through no fault of theirs, they quickly resolved the issue for me and I was back up and running within a couple of days. The whole team are are a delight to deal with and only wish other companies could learn from their CAN DO ATTITUDE.

I bought the SPYZ82 “MINI BATTERY POWERED PINHOLE SPY CAMERA RECORDER 1080P HD”. I have a number of areas about the product and the company which together are the reason for only three stars.
On the plus side, the video footage that the Z82 takes during daylight is very good. However….
(1) The website says “No infra-red, no reflecting glow at night! The camera can look through windows at night without IR glow. This means motion detection works at night.” What this doesn’t say is (in the words of the company in Hong Kong that produces it) “the Z82 has no built-in infra-red night vision, it cannot see in a completely dark environment, it needs a bit of light to see clearly”. This renders it useless for me; I need to catch someone who occasionally scratches my car at night. When I parked near a streetlight, the camera detected the light as motion and so continually recorded right through the night, but the footage was hardly enhanced and anyone approaching my car would have been unrecognizable. I walked up to the car as a dry-run and all the camera could make out was a shadowy figure. This was an absolute showstopper for me.
(2) Positioning the camera is hit & miss. There is no way of seeing what the camera sees in real time. You have to position it, make a motion to trigger recording, then somehow examine the footage without nudging the camera. Very clunky, very difficult.
(3) Getting technical support by raising a ticket on the website doesn’t seem to work. After a few days, I had to resort to liaising directly by email with a Support Engineer (who was quite responsive), I also emailed the company that makes the camera (Zetta – in Hong Kong).
(4) Lastly, I had real problems sending email to the company. I’m on Gmail. Google seems to interpret their domain name (“spycameracctv.com”) as dodgy (probably the existence of “spy”), so much so that after a few emails, Google closed down my ability to send any email (to anyone, not just to the company). This caused me real problems, as you might imagine. When I queried this with Tech Support (they use a different domain name: “open24seven.co.uk”) I was told “We do notice quite a few issues with Gmail considering emails we send as spam, which we have tried to get looked into but seem to have the same problem, Google don't want to deal with us as we don't have any services with them.” This is because, like me, they’re using the free version of Gmail. If you’re running a business, you really need the paid-for licence (“GSuite”) which enables direct contact with Google for support issues – this seems essential to me. The company appears to be owned by Open 24 Seven Ltd so why not use their email domain instead, which seems to avoid any Google restrictions. I think as a minimum they should warn customers who use Gmail about this issue.

I needed a small camera to monitor an area of the garden discreetly. The SPYZ15 is perfect. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and I soon had the camera set up and working. The device seems more robust than others I have tried, and easy to hide!

Good Camera works well, came late due to some supply issues. Rang spy camera cctv told would be shipped following week and then shipped the same day of call. Sounded like a bit of a confusion but all ok in the end.

Great experience with both sales and support. We have worked through the configuration and found a solution. Very knowledgeable staff that are a pleasure to deal with. Reassuring to know I have on going support when I need it.
