I registriered ans downloaded the app

I registriered ans downloaded the app. Of course I can not login. I tried with forget the password and all options I could think off - nothing worked! After sending 3 emails to customer service and waiting for 10 days for ONE answer I got 0 help. They just answered me that I should try with new password! Complete fraud! If I could give minus 100 for a review I would since this is not a regular service, this is a freaking car that I drive every day and I need to charge it! So unprofessional and poor!
