Precision parts, clear instruction (for glass banister be sure to pin fillets between glass as you go).

No reply to messages or request to call. Setup video call and no one attended. Once I did get in contact told the 50% off all balustrade kits as advertised is not of all balustrade kits, only internal kits. This is not detailed anywhere on the site

I used f and h for installing and they sent me Matt and jack . The most knowledgeable men who measured it all for me , helped me order and then fitted . All perfect and amazing customer service

This company was a pleasure to work with, I had some reservations about installing the kit myself but Stairfurb were able to recommend a local fitter who was able to complete the install. We had plenty of support from this company and communication was clear and often.
The product itself is top class and once installed looks fantastic !
I would shop with Stairfurb again if needed, its very rare these days you can feel really happy with suppliers but Stairfurb are the best !

Lovely product, but after sales is poor. Had our delivery 2 weeks ago. Checked it over, but was advised by the driver to not unwrap the hand rail as we weren’t fitting it straight away. Used one of the recommended fitters who found damage on the hand rail. It was fitted. I contacted Stair Furb and I’ve been told nothing they can do basically as it was 2 weeks after delivery ! They will also contact the fitter !! Not a great experience.

Great experience with StairFurb, firstly i booked a video call to get some support with the type of glass that would be suitable and got a very helpful man named Fraser, he answered all questions and was knowledgeable so put my order in. A couple of months after this, as my project contained a bit more prep work I then submitted all of the final measurements and gave me a choice to have my order delivered within the next week!
Delivery driver was so friendly, rang on the day of delivery and handed the order with great care bringing it in. Gave us time to check it all over before signing for it.
Then we got straight into it I installed it by myself with my dad and it was so easy, measurements were bang on, holes pre drilled so you cant really go wrong. Within a few hours we were complete!

I wanted something to make my hallway look cleaner, fresher and more modern, I purchased the glass and steel kit from Stairfurb. I can honestly say it’s been a pleasure to do this project. From ordering through to the finished project it has been fantastic. Ordering was easy and the option to have a video call for measuring up gave the confidence I needed to ensure measurements were done correctly, deliver was as planned, all items present and no damage or issues. Removing the old balustrade was straightforward and fitting the new was so easy due to everything being pre cut, manufactured and it was all just so smooth, the support offered via email, chat, what’s app etc whenever you need it is brilliant, the finished project is everything i wanted. A very straight forward DIY refurbishment of our 1930’s stairs, the items delivered are of the highest quality and the installation instructions are easy to follow. The support team are very helpful if your not too sure of the process.
We now have a very contemporary hall stairs and landing areas.

For anyone unsure about upgrading their stair rail’s & balustrade do it! Stairfurb helped us throughout the process , they were even available for a video call to help with the measurements. All of the products are of a very high standard (wood& glass in my case) I’m so pleased !

We purchased our Stairfurb a few weeks ago and it was delivered ahead of the expected time. Delivery was expected with plenty of communication.
We went for the oak with black spindles, parts are high quality. We fitted into existing newel posts, our existing stairs were over 100 years old so it wasn’t as simple as screw and done but they look fantastic.

Stairfurb was amazing, they held our hands via online video through the measuring and ordering process, and lots of detailed fitting instructions made the fitting very easy. The bannister set has totally transformed our hallway.
