Ordered a couple of lengths of oak hand rail. All delivered very well rapped and protected. Great customer service and product.

Don’t buy from them!!!

They never sent the order. Just took the money and sent order confirmation - this was the last time I heard from them.
It was 13 of July.
It is 18 of November today!

Their phone number is dead (they provide only one and I tried many times, different day of the week, different times of the day).

They don’t reply to direct emails neither to the contact form on their website. I tried many times and also emailed requesting refund. No reply, no apology, nothing at all!

I wanted to warn all potential customers.
I would drive to this company location in Essex with baseball butt to check if they exist if it wasn’t 3 hours drive each way for me!

Don’t buy from them!!!

Website allowed me to create an account, add everything I needed to the cart and then threw up an error when I tried to pay. I assume the company is no longer in business, but someone should take the website offline

Placed order in June, no good, no response to calls or email. Obtained refund via PayPal.

Scamming company

Fifteen weeks on from placing my order, nothing arrived, no response from my daily e-mails asking to cancel the order, no refund in my bank - they are thieves...... Can't contact them by phone, the on-line chat is ignored and no response given

Ordered a handrail on 25th July and, nearly 2 months on, I've heard nothing. No order dispatched email and no tracking. I have since emailed them twice requesting an update and have had no reply to either email. I assume it's some sort of scam as others seem to be saying something similar. Avoid at all costs

Bogus company. I wished I'd reviewed it before purchase. Getting the money back from Paypal.

Scam company, never delivered my item. Dont answer phone or email. Order placed on 25th of July…..

Scam, When I checked with PayPal they couldn't find the transaction, looks like the receipt is a made up by the scammer.

I wish I'd read the reviews first.
Ordered some handrail, Asked for an update on the delivery after 2 weeks - no response. Emailed a different email address after 3 weeks - no response.
Then I read the reviews on Trustpilot.
Luckily I paid via PayPal so a refund is on its way to me.
Why is the website still live? Why hasn't this been shut down?

DO NOT order from this company. They do not send your goods. They do not communicate with you. They do not refund. I had to go via PayPal in the end. Avoid!!!!

Don't bother with this company, it's a scam. No goods delivered. Phone number doesn't work. No response to emails. I'm currently seeking a refund through Paypal.

This company don't even deserve 1 star. We ordered over £800 of goods and paid via a bank transfer. They said the goods were dispatched but showed no surprise when they never arrived and immediately offered to cancel the order. Obviously it has been over a month and a refund has never materialised. These people are criminals and they shouldn't be trading.

Placed order and cannot cancel. Phone line doesn't work, ignore all emails requesting cancellation but Marc and Natalie respond if you ask about placing a new order. Avoid at all costs. We are trying to get our money back from credit card company.

I have confirmed with another company at the industrial estate that Trade Stair Parts are no longer trading and therefore you will NOT receive any goods.

Avoid using the company, My own experience is that it has not delivered Items paid for up front, ordered 30 May 2022 contacting company, phoneline not in use, no response from email Contacted via web site and web chat is the only option, Promised response via email as the web chat operator only takes messages, As yet after 5 contacts a week apart I have yet to receive any contact, sales rep refused to join chat and just kept hanging on chat, Agreed cancelling order due to none delivery of items and full refund after 2 weeks nothing, Recovered funds via PayPal, My opinion avoid company

SCAM COMPANY!

Take your money and then never see your parts. Was promised a refund after parts never arrived, then got the generic excuse back 'I have tried to put the refund through again via PayPal, but each time I click the 'Issue Refund' button it just refreshes the page. I will need to contact PayPal for help. I could send the refund via bank transfer?'.

I waited and waited patiently giving them as much time as they said it would take but it got to the point where they were just completely fobbing me off.

Was then promised a bank transfer which never appeared. Contacted them again and got the exact same pay pal excuse as above (word for word, even though the person who I spoke to initially was apparently ill which I find hard to believe as they were sending the exact same worded messages. They clearly have their messages prepped ready to send to people over and over again).

One day the person I was speaking to was 'part time' so couldn't sort my issue. Then another was 'covering for someone who was ill'. They are full of lies and excuses. I really wish I had checked reviews before wasting my time. Nothing that they say is genuine. The further you get into trying to get your money back, the more you realise how obvious it is that they are a complete scam.

They advised me to claim through PayPal - obviously. How they are still allowed to 'trade' I have no idea.

They are now contacting their bank but can't do that until 2pm 'when the online chat closes'? I will then receive an email. I won't be holding my breath for that one.

I haven't left a trust pilot review before but with this company I had no choice. It's ridiculous.
