Still not got my product and they tried to charge me an extra £90

I wish there was a zero stars option.
£425 bat ordered and delivered. Satisfied with the process at the time. BUT with an issue with the bat having used it just two times the service that I have received since reporting the problem has been absolutely diabolical. It has been dismissive, evasive and insulting. Once an item is sold Stallionz provide no after sale care. I have never had a problem with Millichamp & Hall and I sincerely regret the choice of a Stallionz bat. Buyer beware. It could cost you like it has cost me. Shocking. I feel defrauded of £425.

I had a custom bat made. Sent over my requirements and produced a stunning bat. Kept me updated throughout the process! The bat is a beauty, can’t wait to use it!

Was really sceptical of not using one of the main supplies I.e gray nicolls or gm for my bat. But honestly I’m amazed by the quality of the bat I’ve received not only that the pads and gloves are absolutely top quality. Been to the nets and the bat absolutely pings and it’s such a big piece of wood and only weighs 2.10. The stallionz staff have been amazing aswell nothing to much trouble and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’ll be using stallionz now for the rest of my cricketing life

Good quality Cricket Bats, Gloves and Pads. Malik professional and goes that bit extra. Try them out and see what I mean. They have had excellent reviews for NEW T20 cricket bat on Its Just Cricket on their YouTube channel. Bundle deal was very good!!!!

As a cricket league we are very happy with the cricket balls we have received for the last two seasons, they are of a very good quality and we have had no complaints from any of our teams in the league.

I am only giving one star as this site will not allow to give zero.
I am going to run you through the experience I have had with this so called company. I ordered a £350 cricket bat on 24th December and read on the website that it is 3 - 5 days delivery. As it was Christmas, I didn't expect to receive the product until the new year. As January reached it's second week, I attempted to contact Stallionz Cricket, my e-mails, phone calls and Facebook messenger were ignored. After attempting to contact the company at least 30 times, I received the odd message back with a different excuse each time as to why I had not received the product paid for. After around a month after placing the order, the bat arrived. It came in a manky old, used piece of plastic. You would have thought a £350 bat may have come protected in a box at least. The product itself was not in any way similar to what was on the website so I returned the product the next day.
We are now 7 days since the company received the bat back and I still have not received my refund. They have now blocked me on Facebook messenger as I keep asking where my money is. I can only hope that the refund comes through soon.
I can only pass on the absolutely diabolical experience I have had with these people and warn others of the pitfalls of trying to do business with them.

Great gear really impressed with the quality.

Definitely recommend to all level players the Spark bat is amazing really great middle and light pick up. The gloves and pads are incredibly light and fit well to legs and hands. Thanks Stallionz cricket for the great gear.

Batting gloves split, screws on helmet were broke and zip on kit bag was broken. They also sent me the wrong bat twice.

Avoid using them as they will not refund or send you replacements. They will promise to fix it and then block you so you can't contact them anymore.

Communication was good, got frequent and fast replies for the most of the time. Shipping was held up in the beginning but after initial delay got to me pretty quick. Quality of the gear was very good, I was very happy about it.

Check the reviews on YouTube. Bats possibly made in Pakistan. Owners would rather block people than answer queries. Do your research!
