Star Action Figures is a well regarded, trustworthy company. They have been my go to for collectors items for a few years now and have never had a single issue with dispatches, returns or correspondence. The owner is a collector himself and knows how collectors want their items. Wayne, Harry and Olly are always polite and prompt with emails and are always helpful. They will always find the best solution for any issue. Like with any company there always some issues and will always help as much a possible.

Fantastic website and company. Have been using them for around 18 months, I would estimate, and have never had a problem. Items always arrive in excellent time and extremely well packaged and any issues I have had have always been dealt with promptly and in a polite manner. Cannot recommend enough.

Having recently placed an order of Star Wars Action Figures, as a serious collector I expect the boxes to be mint, when you pay retail prices you want 'factory fresh' boxes. Well I deigned to ask about returns/replacement for 2 of the items which had box damage only to be told I had to pay for the return (which other reputable companies I deal with do free of charge) and because I expressed my dissatisfaction I received a vitriolic response from the owner, poor after sales service :-(

Well, right on cue. The Trustpilot review. The backmail didn't work, they didn't get a further discount, so as per usual, here comes the 1 star review. And here comes the reply! THis is almost like a sport for me now!

As is the case in most instances, Debbie C is a new customer. Most of the one star reviews are from first time users, who ask for money back and get upset when they are told no.
Lets run through the check list, it will save me some time.
First order - Check
MOC Collector but happy to keep cards if we send them the money off they demanded - Check
Told us to cancel other preorders if we did not do what they want - Check and cancelled ( that always upsets them when we cancel their orders despite them telling us they will if we do not do what they want. I think removing the "cancel my orders then you absolute swine" steals a bit of their thunder )
Told us how much money they spent and will spend (along the lines of "I spend a lot of money so I can treat people how I want"). Turns out you can't in this case! - Check
Lectured us on how there are no current issues with card condition and how to run the business and how to deal with Hasbro returns - Check
Rude and demanding in emails - Check
Got upset and tried to back track when it was pointed out that why would they want to keep damaged cards at a discount if they are such a serious MOC - Check
Customer says they will not return the figures if we do not pay for it. Suggests to me that returning the figures was something they never intended doing. Just wanted money off because they spent £300 (you know. We do, she mentioned it about 6 times) - Check
Seriously check out the damage on these figures on the Facebook photo book.
Bottom line, customer tried it on, and tried to get money out of us, and if we didn't comply we would get a bad review and they would cancel all their (3) preorders for £400. (She was obsessed with saying how much she spends. As I say, seems like she thinks she spends a lot so can treat people how she wants. Doesn't really wash with us.
Result - Customer got told to move on, and had their orders cancelled, and left a review to try and tell everyone how awful Star Action Figures are.
The truth - Had about 3 replies saying the same thing. Then become very condescending and rude and was politely at first told to stop trying to take the liberties. I think she is used to getting her way with other stores, and was shocked when we didn't get what she wanted. Again, I stress, see the link to the image she sent.
If you received a damaged figure, we will send a returns label to return it.
If you received a item, with the tiniest blemish on the card or box, and state that if we send you a part refund you will keep it (again I cannot stress enough to anyone who reads this to check out that image above), and if we don't send you money, you will cancel your orders and leave bad feedback, then it will probably end the same as it did here. Your orders will be cancelled and we will look forward to your feedback, and it just goes to show how unreasonable people can be online.
We are fair. We bend over backwards to help. We have a great reputation online that we are all proud off. But we will not stand for rude bullies and liberty takers.
Amazing new find
I have only recently discovered this gem of a site. Amazing prices, quick dispatch, all round great service. My advice to every one, get to this site and treat yo self. My new go to for collectables

Exeptional Service (Shipping to Canada)
Have ordered from them twice so far and have phenomenal service both times. I am in Canada and was out of luck trying to find some rare Black Series figures. They were sold out everywhere here as well as the USA. That is when I chanced upon them luckily. The pricing is great even after shipping to Canada. And the care in packaging is next to none. One of the figures I ordered was marked "Damaged Box" and even that was in a really good condition. Couldn't recommend them enough.

So far very good experience
I have ordered from Star Action Figures several times now and never had a problem. The Transformer in the last order, however, was missing a part. I emailed Star Action Figures and they promptly sent me a return label and later a replacement. I think you can really judge a company by how well they can deal with a problem and Star Action Figures passed with flying colours.
