Star Action Figures is now the only place I buy collectable action figures for my MOC/MIP collection.

I first bought figures from this company approx 11 years ago and every order has always been perfect.

Star Action Figures mentions on the product listing if the item condition is not excellent.

Packaging is excellent in strong boxes.

Dispatch is quick.

I very rarely leave Trust Pilot reviews but wanted to add my voice to those who've been delighted with Star Action.

I've always found their handling of my orders to be great and found them helpful when I have any queries.

A good example was that postage has been all over the place of late. I emailed (and I am sure I am one of far too many) and they were nothing but polite and professional.

Star have become a reliable go to for figures for me. Great company.

Second order arrived in good knick too love the store only thing is the anakin I got is missing his padawan braid but that's a Figure issue not your guys fault.

Really happy going to order more again when Kestis and the Mando Luke are out <3

I recently bought a Hot Toys Newt Scamander. I’m not a collector so I was thoroughly impressed with how quickly it was processed and packaged. The figure itself is fantastic and in pristine condition. Thanks Star Action Figures!

The best online shop in the galaxy for Star Wars collectibles, they arrive in pristine condition and very fast too. I cannot praise them enough.

I'm always wary of using websites like this. You never know what your really going to get in terms of quality, or whether the product is legitimate.

Quite a relief to say (after spending £100 on avengers figures) to say that the company for my first and only use so far has been great.

You never know what your going to get with delivery times but I received a double order of 12 figures within 5 working days and I was more than happy with that (free delivery over £50).

Packaging was secure and figures were pristine. And when needing to contact them I got an email back within about 2 hours.....so can't say fairer than that!

Thank you Star Action Figures......the shops are useless for buying the rarer figures and normally they are more expensive too

Ordered more than one occasion for a collector your items are well packaged delivered in good time happy with what I received ! I’d recommend this company thank you.

Used site few times always fast delivery and I found the figures are cheaper than used ones off ebay

I know their items will always arrive in good condition in sturdy boxes and good interior packaging
I have on occasions ordered from different companies whose packaging has been horrendous
I know if i order from this company the item will arrive in excellent condition
I give this company 10 out of 10 in all aspects

Been using star action figures for a good few years now and they are my first port of call when buying online. I’ve had to cancel a few pre orders along the way and always had a polite message back to confirm cancellations. I have more pre orders and it’s great to know that my items will arrive in as mint condition as mass produced toys can be.

Awesome International Seller !! Got my item pretty fast during the September Royal Mail strike, great communication, packed really well , strong box and Item came MINT. Highly Recommended, UK to Los Angeles within a week .

Best place to get action figures in the UK for sure. They are fastest and communicate well. Very excited about there new cases range to protect figures.

The pattern continues.

My response - What Pattern?

One order placed this year! Two single figure orders since the new site went live April 2021.

My response - So because I have only ordered two figures from you I shouldn't be afforded any consideration or courtesy as a customer, my business is that worthless to you? - Really?

Is that how you view all of your customers that aren’t prolific spenders with you? - they are all treated and judged by how much they order from you???

One order has "issues"

My response - My order had a single 'Issue" - the box was damaged and not suitable for display, this was down to your shoddy working practices and failure to ensure the figure was in good shape before it was packed for shipping!

One Star Review because we will not pay to return unwanted item.

My response - That is an absolute Lie! - I asked to return the item because it was damaged NOT because it was unwanted!

I wasn’t even offered a replacement!, even though they were still showing as in stock!

Furthermore not only was it damaged - it was damaged before it was even sent to me and not checked by you! I gave you the review you deserved for this transaction, your service and attitude were disgusting, as clearly demonstrated by your utterly contemptuous response to my review!

If only we paid for every tiny flaw on these mass produced toy products to be returned at our cost, we probably would only have one or two one star reviews..... but obviously no business as well as it would have gone bankrupt long ago.

This comment again proves and shows your absolute contempt and total failure to understand what a collector needs and cherishes!

Most (not all) expect items to be in excellent and undamaged condition, the boxes are as important as whats inside them! You are absolutely right to say that you can't refund people who simply change their mind or return someting they opened or damaged. But when the damage has not been caused by the purchaser and it has been sent out in poor condition from the get go, you SHOULD do the right thing and admit your error - and at least offer to replace the item or cover the customers return postage costs, as its through NO FAULT of their own that your mistake should cost them?

As I say the pattern continues. So many one star reviews from these types of one off customers.

I’m sure many of your ‘One Off’(sic) customers and potential customers would like for you to clarify your comment on how you view them?

For your information, I’m a decent bloke, keen collector and I enjoy my hobby, just like many others. I wasn’t trying to be clever, I wasn’t making an unreasonable request for you to cover my out of pocket expenses for your error, I simply asked you to make good as it was in no way my fault that you sent me a damaged item, an item that wasn’t damaged in transit, an item that was clearly damaged before it was sent!

Then too say that the damage should be expected as its normal for you to receive them damaged from your source, is just plain ridiculous and yet another fob off attempt of avoiding taking responsibility.

A huge majority of collectors see packaging as just as integral to whats inside the package, its one of the most basic and fundamental expectations of a collector!, purchase a new figure/item etc - and the packaging will be perfect too, or as near as it can be without anything untoward being visible!

What a disgraceful attitude to take and if I may, perhaps if your service was on point, you'd have more business from 'One Off Customers' turning them into loyal customers who know they’ll be looked after by Star Action Figures in the event of something going wrong!

Its so nice to see and hear the contempt of how you clearly feel about customers who don't or can't buy more from you, we are clearly not worthy of your time, but you’re happy to take our money and balls to us if theres a mistake on your part!

Maybe we should just charge £5 to leave a 1 star reviews. It would save everyone time and effort and cut out all the condescending emails!

i could write a review every time i get a flawless delivery from Saf, but honestly that would bore the bejesus out of me, so here is my second delivery misadventure from this company. For some unknown reason royal mail sent my parcel from Gatwick back to SAF hq instead of my own humble abode. contacting royal mail (an arduous task to even find a means of contact) this was confirmed to me and in contacting SAF a few quick emails to a helpful ''Olly?'' it was sent back out post haste. Many thanks to your team for al your hard work and keeping my walls coated in plastic

Another fantastic delivery from SAF. Expertly packed, delivered quickly, and very reasonable prices. This is why I only use SAF for my collectables.

The best collectable vendor in the UK. Been buying from SAF for a few years now and am constantly blown away by their service. Competitively priced and their comms and packaging are second to none. Wouldn't buy from anyone else.

I have been using Staractionfigures for ages now and have spent hundreds of pounds with them and I can say with confidence that they are the best for figures and collectibles around. Won't go anywhere else for my star wars fix. Great service and great team.

I have been using SAF for a long time for figures across various lines.
The team are amazing and they update customers via their FB page with up coming deliveries etc.
Don't listen to people who bad mouth this store over "damaged" boxes. SAF are actually talking to companies like Hasbro about their subpar packaging. SAF is on the collectors side!!

An amazing action figure store, with a huge range of product. Been a regular customer since 2015 and I only have good things to say about them. All items are packed with care and dispatched quickly.
