Don't normally leave reviews but I give credit where credit is due. Been using staractionfigires for a while now. Infact it was through them I bought my first modern carded Star wars figure. Communication, packaging and value are second to none. There is no better UK site for action figures if you want piece of mind on the condition of the item you are receiving. 5 stars all day long.

Bought about 5 or so figures from them and they've been fantastic, really quick shipping and decent pricing too. Constantly checking what they've got in stock as they have so much all the time. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying from them

Over the last two years I've probably had 20-30 orders from SAF. Most recent package was just as good as ever. Great pre order policy and products are packed well. Usually sell figures £1/2 below RRP too, would fully recommend.

My husband and I had bought the same figure for our son’s Christmas present so unfortunately had to return the item. I informed customer services of this and returned the item. They responded promptly and said no problem ….. once they received the item they emailed to explain that the item had arrived damaged so they could not process a refund and would return the item to me. I have had no contact since this and not received the item. After several ignored chasers I can only assume the company is acting fraudulently. Do not buy from this site!

Made my first purchase here recently for one of the James Cameron Avatar Figures, as it was a great price that I couldn’t pass up. Was dispatched and delivered practically next day and was well packaged to avoid damage, which was greatly appreciated. Such a shame they didn’t have the rest of the figures I needed/wanted, as I definitely would have ordered more! Will definitely use this place again to order figures, recommended! I made two orders recently with Star action figures one before xmas and one after the service and packaging is absolutely fantastic :)
I ordered a large bunch of star wars figures and sadly duplicated one when I noticed the mistake emailed them and they kindly stated I could change it over as its not been shipped yet but they cannot do this again, the figure to replace was a little more expensive than the duplicate but they didnt even charge me extra (which I would have happily paid) How great is that? They even said on one of the figures I purchase which was discounted online 'not near mint' - when it was received it looked absolutely mint to me however I know some of these star wars collector nerds can get very protective over a small blemish here and there. The packaging is outstanding and the choice of figures online absolutely 1st class this is my go to shop, keep up the great work guys and thank you

Always good experiences with this company. One time I did get the wrong item delivered, they sorted immediately and at the same time I asked the owner if they had a rare item in stock (which other companies were overcharging for). The owner let me purchase the item and included in the correct delivery. Top company- hope they're around for many years.

I was sceptical at first about the website, because the item I wanted pertained to the American Market and was a limited edition. And, it was being sold at retail!! Too good to be true?! Normally there's an asss hohl seller/trader sticking on 100% mark up. I emailed regarding the figure and received a fast response, stating the item was genuinely in stock and ready to ship. I still didn't believe it was kosher!!! Then I thought, I'll take the gamble and get ready to report the rip off to my bank. Star Action Figures - how so wrong I was. Fast, secure delivery and reasonably priced postage - I'm used to companies trying to rip me off, some shyster squeezing an extra £1.50 profit on postage even. I am amazed. My experience with SAF has been so positive. I am delighted to have found this company. I cannot recommend enough to anyone debating buying online. Buy with confidence! I used Star Action Figures twice now. and both times have been experiences have been very good. Good prices, and fast, well packaged deliveries. Coincidentally I live about 10 miles from them so would love to seem them open a retail store one day - or even a collection option.

It's been a long time since I've left Star Action Figures a review, but the reality is I could be leaving them one, had I the time and wasn't worried I'd look barmy, every few weeks. And every review so far would be a 5 star one.
As we approach a time of year with more gifts purchased, when more people want to know if a site they're not used to is reliable, this review's timely...
They're excellent on price, excellent for availability (especially when they have any responsibility for stock levels afforded them), and absolutely, 100% trustworthy, safe and reliable. An order made with them is entirely safe. Postage is always reliable and packaging is legendary amongst repeat customers.
Absolutely no way I could ever fault them. They care about their customers because they represent a love of the same products as we do.
Personally, I don't think I've ever known a business be more patient, considerate and accommodating to me than this one. Absolutely outstanding, personable customer service, miles above and beyond, and out of their way to help, to their own detriment at times.
Genuinely can't praise this business enough, and I regularly do elsewhere, on or offline.

Honestly: for speed of dispatch, saintly levels of patience, selection, and sheer transparency, there's few companies that can compare. SAF (& the similarly excellent ZG) are the two sites I'll return to again & again. The way they've handled Hasbro's bizarre issues over the last 18 months - keeping customers informed while not being afraid to go on record about problems the Big H probably wishes they wouldn't - has been flawless. Buy with total confidence.

Brilliant, bought a marvel ironman punisher helmet that I couldn't find anywhere else for my son's Christmas present, thank you so much I won't have to disappoint him now. Would definitely recommend and will be making future purchases

I've been ordering from SAF since the first lockdown, must have ordered 30+ figures at this point it's always been spot on.

Packaging is always superb, they're always cheaper than competitors & if I've ever needed to cancel for whatever reason it's done with no fuss.

Going by their Facebook and their toils with Hasbro, the SAF team are genuinely on the side of the collectors. Easily my favourite retailer online for anything, let alone figures.

Customer service is fantastic and their Facebook page leaves you with all the information you need about what’s coming into stock and what’s on sale.

These guys interact with their followers and give updates when possible. Delivery times are quick. Ordered the gold label Batmobile last Thursday evening when the guys put it up on Facebook had an email Friday to say it was out for delivery and received Monday morning. That is service.

I pre order all my figures from these guys and they are the best when it comes to prices and speed of pre orders.

You guys are fantastic and I plan to keep buying my collectibles from you.
