Every item I’ve ever had has been perfect, always quick to reply to any emails and queries and I’ve yet to see them beaten on price. Socials also provide a great insight into the collectors market and how hasbro operates. Couldn’t recommend a company more

Always great service and packaging which is important to an in-box collector. Used them loads of times and have pre-orders in place too. Ignore the negative reviews, these guys should be called 5-Star Action Figures!!

I've used SFA on several occasions now and would use them again without hesitation. Communication is great with both confirmation and shipping emails sent. Goods are always excellently packed in boxes with extra wrap inside. If only Hasbro's own packaging had the same attention to detail...

Superb experience with star action figures again and again. Packaging is bombproof. Turnaround time is superb and customer service is bang on the money. Recently bought the marvel iron men and just like my previous dozens and dozens of orders it was perfect.

First time buying from Star Action Figures and was a little apprehensive as I hadn't heard of them before. Additionally, the figures I was buying are generally tricky to get hold of in the UK so I was surprised to see them for RRP and thought it was a little too good to be true. I checked Trustpilot and saw there were lots of excellent reviews so thought I'd risk it and I'm so pleased I did! The items arrived in perfect condition and dispatch/shipping was extremely quick - I placed the order on Friday night and it arrived with Royal Mail on Monday morning. Will absolutely be buying from them again - thanks so much guys!

At first I was a bit skeptical when ordering from this site as I had never heard of them I looked at the previous reviews and they were all fantastic so thought I would try them and I’m so glad I ordered from this company. I recently realised I've only ever left reviews after negative experiences, so I thought it was only fair to leave one for the many positive experiences I've had with this company.

I have ordered many items from Star Action Figures over the years and I've always had a good customer experience. Items always arrive in good condition, the prices are the lowest anywhere (always several pounds cheaper than any other site I've seen) and the customer service is great. There isn't a way to cancel orders from your account area unfortunately, so you need to email them directly, but they have always replied within a day and have always cancelled the order with no issues, though I've rarely wanted to cancel orders anyway!

Star Action Figures understand collectors and appreciate the needs of collectors, which is refreshing compared to other, larger companies who treat the figures like any other item they stock. The only times I've not used SAF are when an item is out of stock or they've been unable to source stock from their suppliers (this has happened a few times recently with Star Wars figures when Hasbro haven't given them enough stock for some reason).

Placed my most recent pre-order last week - the ordering process is so streamlined and easy to use, it takes literally seconds to place an order. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

Very good website, I've been ordering from them for a couple of years and I've never been disappointed. Pre orders are reliable and arrive on time (if they're in stock).

The only thing I would say is I'm waiting for the Ahsoka Padawan and Pre Vizsla figures to be available to pre-order and it's taking a while, but I think that's a problem with Hasbro rather than the website itself.

First purchase from Star Action Figures and am well impressed! Arrived two days after placing order! Three different items, all very competitively priced! One of the items is a particularly rare one, so was definitely well priced! All packaged so well! Two of the items are card backs and both arrived in perfect condition! Honestly, VERY impressed! Absolutely cannot recommend this site highly enough! Will definitely return in the future for further purchases!
