MASSIVE FRAUDS + SCAMMERS

booked a flight through star alliance and they scammed us of £1200. refused to give us a refund. when trying to get flight details and e-ticket from them, they told us it’ll take up to 3 working days to receive everything. on day number 4, nothing came through and when we called they kept putting us on hold and not providing enough details. they eventually emailed a FAKE ticket and when we went to check-in online with the airline, the booking reference number was fake and nothing came up on screen. after that I opened up a dispute case with my bank, and during the case star alliance provided fake evidence of the ticket and purchase details, then refused to communicate with the bank. I haven’t received my money back and don’t think I ever will, please beware of them. disgusting and pathetic jobless dirty scammers. do not contact or book anything with them.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Alert

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Alert
SHOCKING! Absolutely sick people operating this - not sure if this Star Alliance website has been hacked, but the 2 numbers I have been communicating with are still active.
Booked 2 flights with them, did NOT issue e-tickets, then they refused to refund the money. In the process took additional money out of my account without my knowledge. When calling them they put you on hold and refuse to speak with you. PLEASE DO NOT USE!

Derek the bartender is great

Derek the bartender is great. Best bloody Mary I've had. Their was a redhead with accent who works here that was quite rude to him while I was waiting for my drink. He was great. She left a bad impression.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company - The company work out of virtual offices - The Hoxton Mix on 90 Paul Street EC2A 4NE. The Salesman and the Superviser were unable to tell me what the nearest tube station is. They sent me a payment to make in USD so I declined it. It seems like a 2 man show. Avoid it, don't use this company.

DIABOLICAL

my rating for this company is a minus 5*
they have taken 3000.00 from my bank and are not refunding they took it by fraud.
never ever go with these people
i am sooo angry that words cannot express in what state they have left me - they have ruined my credit rating they cancelled my "so called " flight on the day therefore the hotel that i had booked through viable source charged me cancellation fees of £600.00.

Air Canada is pulling Star Alliance down

Wow, you always want to give somebody a second chance. mistakes can happen. I’ve already travelled to El Salvador with Air Canada and got my luggage after 7 weeks, after I arrived back to Stockholm.

As I said mistakes can happen, so this time flying to the Dominican Republic, with family for leisure, I thought let’s give the airline one more go …

And I must say, are there anymore stupid or incompetent people working in the airline business, than the peabrains than have been hired by Air Canada.

I have AirTags in all of my luggage, and so I know where they are at all times. The customer service response to this was “the luggage is on its way”, despite being untrue. According to the AirTags, they were still “stuck” in Toronto (without any given reason).

If not the company as a whole, then at least the president/CEO of the company needs to take a good look at how he is running this company and what kind of peanuts he is hiring.

I have now been in the Dominican Republic for 4 days without my luggage, and still no response from Air Canada. There has not even been a response back on when or if I’ll ever receive my luggage. Sort this incompetency out.

As such, I will do my upmost to discredit the worst airline airline I’ve ever traveled with (emphasis on WORST) and did the best of my ability as to make sure that nobody that I know will ever fly with Air Canada.

To make sure that this is truly and utterly understandable, and further NOT a common occurrence on my part to discredit a company, I am a frequent flyer and gold membership in Star Alliance and Platinum in 3 other airlines, so I have a bit of reference on frequent traveling.

To close this off, this is the first review I’ve ever written in my life, so in a sense that should give, if not everyone, then at least the company itself some more perspective on my frustration.

Low life scum

This company has low life scammers operating within their company, i booked a flight for my nephew to come to the UK from Sri Lanka ,I paid £1300 , he arrived at the airport to be told he couldn't board the flight due to the wrong airline ticket number , ( how embarrassing 😳) I contacted the company be told they would rebook his flight again for the following day , the ticket arrived for only one way not return ,I contacted them and they said I would recieve the return in a few days time ,what a load of rubbish and as you can imagine , stress , I decided to cancel and say I wanted a refund as this couldn't possibly happen as it was important to have the return ticket at the same time . There I had to wait 40 days for the refund. In the mean timet so called company kept in touch via whats app. Very odd , A few days later I was scammed again for 157 pound for another unknown flight, it was at this point I cancelled my card with my bank. My bank was now looking into it with the fraud department, I have just been recently told this is a highly professional scam that has set up a company within the company .
Being an honest person myself this absolutely devastated me I just couldn't believe what was happening and how anyone could do such a despicable dishonest act for their own gains. I hope they burn in hell for the stress they have caused.

Airline group Star Alliance fails to make refunds where due because they are too poor.Booked 4 flights in June 2022 with Star…

Booked 4 flights in June 2022 with Star Alliance Lufthansa from Birmingham England to Croatia 2 there, 2 back, for 2 people, should be easy right? No.
The return flights were transferred to partners within the alliance, causing my holiday to be shortened. Its October, still waiting for compensation inline with the rules. This group is unprofessional and not customer centric, in fact possibly acting in a dishonest manner by iver selling flights which they cannot serve, then nit paying compensation where they have to. If you want disappointment then book with these clowns otherwise use a decent carrier who can afford to play planes like grown ups.

This is a fraud!!!!

This is a fraud!!!!! The location of address does not exist. I paid for a flight to Bangladesh and they then said their system failed therefore flight is cancelled I must wait for 6 weeks they then asked me for my bank details long did fit and 3 digit at the back. They was asking how much I had in my account. After weeks passed, no communication. They try to gain your trust by saying they are busy so couldn’t answer phone as they were praying. It’s all a SCAM!!! Do not trust them!!!!!! I still haven’t received my refund of £1,7077.00

Avoid at all costs

Do not book anything with these scammers. My mum paid £60 for a wheelchair that should have been provided free. I spent months ringing looking for it to be refunded and them telling me it had been done and to wait another 2 weeks. The manager asked me for the last 4 digits of card my mums DOB and postcode to do the refund, all the info he needs to scam us further. I didn’t give it to him. Rang today and they actually laughed and said they won’t be giving me the money back. I was told that the managers are based in Morocco and are trying to scam me by a member of the team in London. Avoid at all costs.

Very unethical customer service

Very unethical customer service. I have got a flight booked via them in December 2021 and I have to cancel because of some issue with air India. I'm still waiting for the refund amount and it's been 7 months now.

No one of the customer support is good to take care of customers and no proper response from them. I have to wait for hours on call to get hold of them and they will place the call on hold and made me to wait for another hour which is totally unacceptable

Not happy with star Alliance

On 13 of May I bought a ticket with star Alliance but for some reason it was reverse straight away and the agent said that i will get refunded in 24 hours , a week ago I give them a call and the agent said please confirm the security code and you will be refunded but instead of refund the cut twice £650 from my account for ÑO reason. Today is 11 June I have not received any penny. This agency is not trustable what the did to me is stealing.

Quite inexplicable really

Quite inexplicable really. I wanted to register with Brussels Airlines Frequent Flyer Program. I know nothing about it. I learnt it was handled by Miles & More, so I started to create an account at that website. The online form wanted to know the partner for my service card to complete the registration. Brussels Airlines wasn't a partner listed. I tried the online contact form, but "Service number" was a mandatory field so I couldn't send my query. I called the contact number listed. After a few minutes wait I was told by the voice at the other end he would set me up and to wait. Silence. No music, just empty space. I called out "hello?". Nothing for several minutes. I hung up. Why did I waste 10 minutes of my life?

12 Year Gold card holder - they have absolutely zero care what’s so ever for their customers. Everything is always your fault, the only time they are nice is when they take your money .!! 17 years in aviation, all airlines are the same
