Have ordered a second time but won't use them again as fifty per cent of my order was damaged. Will go back to using Supermarket deliveries unless the answer my query with a big apology.

Had several orders from this company and had no trouble at all. Always delivered fast, the items are well packaged, no chance of any breakages.
90 per cent of the goods are a great price, one or two things are slightly higher than the supermarkets but nothing major.
Always seem to have a very good selection of goods, some seem to carry on being for sale for ages which is good as we love the aunties puddings, got a kitchen full but always buy a few more as we have family and friends that like them.
Every so often I put an order in and donate to a food bank, it’s not going to make me bankrupt and it’s an affordable way of helping others.
I highly recommend

There are a few select products that I like and always have difficulty finding - they had them all. Delighted. Arrived quickly and price was good. Will def use again.

Seriously exceptional service, why can't the big supermarkets be as efficient as Star Bargains.

Most of the reviews on here are after a few orders, at which point my review would have been excellent.

A good range of products, good prices and easy delivery. However, I've used star bargains for 1,000s of items... and a handful have arrived damaged- smaller items packed loosely in with larger ones- chocolates that have come as crumbs, veg crisps that were under heavy items and cereal boxes that were also squashed.

I contacted the company initially and they assured me there are CCTV cameras and they quality control the packing- but started packing even more carefully for a while- then it got to the point a lot was arriving damaged again and I said something - this time when I next went to make an order, it never arrived. When I enquired after a couple of weeks they said they would no longer be accepting orders due to the damages to my address and they would be cancelling any orders I now made. They said they had no control over DPD and things were getting damaged in transit. I felt this was unfair, or possibly accusing me of lying- even though I'd always sent pics. It also would have been courteous of them to have let me know, before I'd placed an order...

Eventually they agreed to send to my mum's house instead, as there was one delivery driver who was a bit heavy handed to my address...

Then through lockdown I asked if they could send to my address as the delivery driver was no longer doing the deliveries. This was great and I ordered about 20x. I spent a lot. The second from last order, the cereals were damaged but I knew if I said anything I would get blocked from ordering. The last time I ordered boxes of dorset cereals, veg crisps and three boxes of organic after eight style chocs. The after eights had rolled down the side/ bottom of about 100 cans of coconut water... In fact I thought they hadn't been in the box they were that hard to find, they were squashed and broken. I don't always mention it, but sometimes, like this time, I feel the damage is enough to warrant it. The cereals and crisps too had been haphazardly packed and squashed.

I mentioned this again, not because I wanted a refund, but because I would think a company would want to hear items weren't being receiving in the state they were being sent or sold in.

I was told no one else complains but a "fair" review on here says the same happens to him every time...

They said the chocolates didn't start they journey down the sides- this was because of how they'd be handled during transit and the distance they've travelled. I've since ordered from two other similar companies in Yorkshire and stuff hasn't been damaged... They said if I made any more orders they would be cancelled. It doesn't seem like a proportionate and fair response to me.

I feel if items have managed to get down to the sides and bottom of heavy items they weren't packed well to start with.

I get that they are packing items quickly and in bulk, but it is a risk buying from star bargains that you are paying for items that will arrive not fit for purpose, yet this is not mentioned on their site... And a simple explanation and apology would have been really much better than "we won't take more orders from you", which is quite an upsetting response, when I was never rude or impolite.

Great delivery turnaround, great products, but a bizarre response to the damage liability issue. I do too believe this is why they do not use PayPal.

I've since found the products cheaper elsewhere, and a service that does use PayPal and also better delivery than Dpd...

Great service and value will definitely use again. I have always been impressed with Fulton foods and starbargains have not disappointed. My order was Delivered In full, on time and very well packed. I would recommend this company to anyone and wish them well at this crazy time.

Starbargains has a reasonable choice of items at okay prices.The delivery of items is quick and everything is packaged well.

This is a great company, use them regularly, never been anything missing from the orders, good stuff, well packaged and the delivery time is very fast. Last order was placed Tuesday night and had an email today saying delivery will be Thursday.
There are bargains to be had here, don’t miss out on yours.

Star Bargains are brilliant. Not only did they have some much needed items, they were also selling them at the normal price unlike a lot of sellers that are charging much more right now.
Really fast delivery too. Very happy and will be using them again.

Absolutely Amazing!! So reliable when your isolating as a family to various health reasons star bargains are Tops variety is fab for what we need kids look forward to their goodies everything is wrapped exellently even down to air fresheners an fabric softener and great prices.

i searched everywhere for food as i was unable to go out at this time and ebay are allowing sellers to raise food prices uo to 1000% which is a disgrace but thanks to these guys for saving me

got a bit worried when a message popped up about delivery slots full but i logged on at 5am and managed to order

delivery was as smooth as you like...email updates from order right up till after your order is delivered
