The worst car wash and interior clean I have ever experienced. Poorly vacuumed, dirt and water within the interior, dirt and scratches both inside and out. I would never return and nor would I recommend that you entrust this low end facility with your vehicle. I also hold Eastland shopping centre accountable for endorsing such a bad operator. The worst of the worst!

$350 for a full wash and detail
$350 for a full wash and detail. Car ended up dirtier than it began. Sent photos in and pointed out issues. Second attempt didn't resolve. Wetting a car isn't the same as washing it. Not detailed at all. Refused refund despite me now needing to remove wax and residue from all the plastics and chrome and random internal panels before I can wash it properly.

Left my car for waging and back to find a courtesy light broken.
Went to ask about my concerns and I resulted insulted and with my light still broken
Bad really bad management. Where as a client you won’t receive a treatment as should be.

Top experience
I phoned to check availability and was able to come down straight away. I was run through the menu and selected his choice. Left car to go to a meeting and less than hour later picked up a spectacularly clean car. Quick payment and I was away. As I was strapping in the boss gave my windscreen a further buff!
