ya it works great like the reusable filter too

I bought the blender it is horrible. It does not crush ice as stated. The rubber seals come off pieces. I would never buy an electric starfrit product again.

Very awful people to deal with. My pots have black spots in the metal. They would not send me new ones until I destroyed the old ones. But there was no guarantee when I would receive the new ones and I had no other pots to use. I said I would send them pictures of pots destroyed as soon as I got new ones but that wasn't good enough for starfrit. Will never by from this company again.

The Starfrit 5 Speed hand mixer is a delight to use after having my old Betty Crocker for many years! Bonus Starfrit also has dough hook attachments for bread 🍞 making. Wow cannot wait to try this! Thanks for making my life easier and tastier! :)

My Daughter purchased an electric Multi - use pot and I have to say that we love it. It Heats up so nicely and cooks just perfect. Got to love it .

Just purchased an Electric Knife at Home Hardware, Works like a dream, Very easy to handle and slices meat like a professinal, Great value for the money

Just purchased the Starfrit glass kettle and there are several things that were apparent straight away.
First, nice design, second, quiet whilst heating the water, third, easy and safe pouring and boils very fast.
I would recommend this product.

Bought a smoothie maker/blender. A bit hard to figure out why it wasn’t working but then did figure it out

I like the size of the Grill and Panini press. Just dont like there is no way to turn it on or off. Once you plug it in, it stays on until you unplug it. I don't feel safe leaving it. So you really have to keep checking your food constantly. I thought there would be an on and off switch. It works but not happy with the process. I cooked a chicken breast and it was crispy outside but dry inside. Didn't take long at all to cook. But once I checked the internal temperature to be done at. It still was dry. Sadly. I'll just use it as the Panini press for sandwiches. Not grilling meats on it.

Rice cooker, very easy to use, looks nice matches the colour of my appliances. Very cost effective . Happy with Starfrit

I wrote the below in quotes yesterday. I left them a message on their answering machine. This morning I got a phonecall, they apologized for the inconvenience and gave me an email option to submit my claim. A very pleasant surprise! I will add a note here about the outcome of my claim. "I bought a TheRock saucepan with glass lid that warped after a single low heat use. I tried to make a warranty claim. Their webpage for registering the warranty and for submitting a claim do not work. They can not be contacted by phone, as there is only an answering machine."

I have had my Starfrit Rotato for years and been happy with it. Then I ran out of replacement blades and the new blades don't work. The Rotato no longer peels. The only way to contact Starfrit is through the form on their website. I filled out the form on September 12, 2025, including the photos they asked for, and have not heard from them.

Bought a starfrit grill lasted only a few months. Contacted starfrit re warranty. Sent receipt pictures etc. No warranty. Got nothing not even to try a new cord or something. Not a company I would Deal with again. Don’t back their product.

Starfrit The Rock Pan is the worse. I purchase The Rock frying pan in 2023, by 2025, The pan was no longer non stick and warped, so contacted Starfrit for warranty. They said I had improperly used the pan by using it on too high heat, hence no coverage. There was no information on the package or online that said this pan cannot be use on high heat. Lots of text on "no warping lifetime warranty" and "3 years non stick warranty." Their instructions specifically do no say you cannot use on high heat. I'm aware that most non stick pans you can't use on high heat, but the marketing info makes it sound like it's some upgraded technology. And they need to state this clearly on the package. This is marketing deception. Also, the air pocket surface traps food bits over time and that also causes loss of non stick surface. This was the worst non stick pan I'd ever used. Lasted 18 months, used not as a daily pan.

My wife bought a Star Frit apple peeler. The first time she used it it broke because the peeler part wss made of plastic. She paid 40 dollars for it. It is a piece of junk. We will never buy Star Frit again. We have a metal apple peeler and never a problem. Too much plastic because it is brittle so we would advise people dont buy this product.

The product is wonderful, and it always performs.
