I purchased juicer,so

Purchased a rice cooker, I have used other brands.very satisfied with it.

Hello I just got Starfrit Rice cooker today and I am looking forward to cooking good rice for a change. I was cooking rice in an ordinary pot and the rice turned out soggy. I hate wasting food especially in these high food prices. I like the rice cooked in Chinese cafes. I don't mean any disrespect. My late wife Lynne had an old rice cooker that seen better days.

Perfect size, nice view window placement, quick boil.
Base has a cut-out for the electric cord, so the base is flat. Less tendency of being burned from accidentally touching it, as it is not metal exterior. Easy to handle even when full with max of 1L...1.7L is heavy & doesn't seem balanced, due to weight factor. Great for those weak or injured wrist. P.S. My toaster review...forgot to mention that 2 rubber feet were missing, & not in the box.

Starfrit can crusher:
Does not hold or crush cans.
One would expect that with the name "can crusher" it would do some kind of crushing.
Place can in crusher, pull the lever, and the can shoots 3 to 4 meters in a random direction.
Mount laying down. The can shoots 3 to 4 meters into the air.
Pretty pathetic. I would not give it any stars.

the meat tnermometer(red) wich I recd severl weeks ago does not move when inserted in meat? I have not a problem with all my other Starfrit products

i love the can opener. So much more easier than the one I had been using.

We received a 10 piece Rock Cookware set as a gift about 2-3 years ago. We had a pot lid explode for which we contacted Starfrit. We had also sent photos of this pot lid along with photos of the pots showing the nonstick bottoms wearing. The pot lid was replaced no problem, along with an offer of a gift(s). However no consideration for the nonstick wear even though they do have a warranty. Because this was a gift we didn't have a receipt for proof of purchase date, also noted on the website purchases can be registered. People need to be aware to hold on to receipts if possible, and to register purchases for warranty purposes. Thank you for the replacement lid and extra gift, for sure when we purchase or receive gifts in the future we will register.

We bought a Starfrit kettle, the stainless steel top started rusting within 2 months. I contacted the company, included pictures, but they didn't seem to care at all, and offered no support. Definitely would not recommend the product without any product support.

Just purchased my 2nd Heritage The Rock electric skillet. I must say the quality of the latest skillet I bought is questionable. I love the 1st one and is great!!! (I use it at my trailer ) Haven't used it yet just got it yesterday but hopefully it works as well as the 1st one

I am a 88 year old senior and found it difficult to squeeze fruit for juice. So I purchased a Electric Citrus Juice from our local Walmart with a very fair price. I own a few other Starfrit products and have always been pleased with the product and the longlivity of each one.
This Juicer has more than been a help. Much appreciated and keep up the great work.

Hi. I've bought a bread maker machine from best buy marketplace sold by starfrit. Same day I checked the same machine on Amazon and it was much cheaper there. On Amazon was sold also through marketplace by guess who, starfrit. So starfrit is selling same product with the same product number much cheaper on Amazon. Of course I couldn't cancel my order on best buy and they will not honour their price match "guaranteed" because is sold through marketplace. Buyers beware, don't buy from best buy, especially from their market place because you will end paying more for the same product and the customer service is almost inexistent.

I bought a starfrit rice cooker online. It’s delivered on time. Price also affordable use very easy.

Over the years I have purchased several Starfrit productes. The personal Starfrit blender is as expected an awesome product.

I purchased a 12 inch electric frying pan. The Rock brand. We were using the one I received from my mother. It finally give up the ghost. So we bought a new one. After using an electric frying pan for so long, we can't be without one. The one we purchased is excellent. No sticking at all and very easy clean up. Very happy with it. World highly recommend it.

I just purchased a Star Frit indoor smokeless grill
and used it for first time tonight. I will be using
it from now on for a much healthier lifestyle. Grilled
fish was great. I added a light breading with
Egg whites and bread crumbs. Vegetables were
crispy and garlic bread was great too.

i just purchases the personal blender and their is a safety issue the rubber gadget on the blades is suppose to be cleaned when it is removed for cleaning it is hard to replace back you are working in to close proximity to the blades and and its very easy to cut ones self if not careful

Great Product. Makes beautiful fries and taste great. Cookes all kinds of food. We just love it.
