Starfury Conventions Reviews 

Voughtcon 2 was compact and bijou with just the 4 guests and a small number of attendees, but that meant it was also very relaxed and unstressful, especially as Sean's volunteers are all so well organised and friendly. Plus Sean clearly makes the guests feel at ease and happy guests means a great experience for us fans.
I've been to a few Starfury events now and they are the best kinds of convention - structured, well scheduled and fun, with loads of opportunities to hang out with the guests.

Just a lovely bunch of people, both attendees and staff alike. All really tried to make sure everyone was looked after and accommodated if the request was feasible.

The guests were amazing! It was an intimate event which was great but sadly cause it was intimate it meant that there wasn’t enough demand for another show dedicated to the boys.

Been going to Starfury since I was a kid and it is consistent and welcoming.

I have been to multiple starfury Events and they are always fun and well organised. All Staff and volunteers are always happy to help point you in the right direction. Compared to other convention providers they also represents good value for money.

Voughtcon 2 was a fantastic and well organised event.
I was kept well informed about the event in advance and booking tickets and extras such as photo ops was very easy through the website.
All the staff were super friendly and helpful and the guests were amazing.

I had a fantastic time! The guests were all lovely and seemed to be having a good time too. It was well organised and I will be be going back to Starfury events.

I am a very socially awkward autistic person and I am so grateful for the amazing and accepting atmosphere, and very grateful to people who spoke to me despite my awkwardness. The staff were always helpful and the event itself was amazing and so well organised. The guests were absolutely lovely and patient with me and made me feel so welcome and loved, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This convention was wonderful as always. Starfury conventions are always excellent. You will have fun whether you go on your own or with others.
The staff are so helpful and super friendly and the conventions themselves have such a personal feel. You can make friends for life at them, you won’t want the weekends to end and you will want to keep coming back again and again!

Consistently well run conventions at a fair price. Thoroughly recommended.

Very saddened by their treatment towards myself and my partner. We purchased 2 premium tickets about a year before the event. Later that year, I check for updates, only to find they moved the date of the convention. This might be fine, but they hadn't contacted me about it, so I might have showed up in London on the wrong weekend and wasted money on travel and accomodation. I decide to let that go, as thankfully I could move my hotel booking. Only shortly before the convention, by partner's mother got a terrible cancer diagnosis, with doctor's predicting she had a few months to live. My partner has to quit his job and become a full-time carer. I contacted the company and asked if we could change our tickets to another event in the future, as my partner couldn't leave his mother and they wouldn't do anything to help. I understand they can't offer refunds for every sob story, but I feel like a caring company would try to do something.

Truly amazing weekend, great guests, attendees and staff.

Lovely friendly Starfury staff. The opportunity to volunteer as a steward. Jensen Ackles! Danneel Ackles! (They were gorgeous, kind, funny, sincere and patient). Other guests like Leah, Magda, Julie and Rick were endlessly sweet and interesting. Also: not too many attendees. Street food was a good idea and bar was right there. Cosplay was inspiring. A celebration of a family within a family feeling. Would DEFinitely go again. Thanks, Sean et al:)

Crossroads 6 was my first Starfury Convention but definitely not the last. Everyone from attendees to staff and stewards and of course the guests were in good moods and that was palpable in the atmosphere.

Everyone seemed very relaxed and happy and I had the best experiences at the con.

Only minor down points were the limited capacity at the con hotel (was sold out immediately) and the clashing of autograph session with the Maine panel of Jensen and Danneel on Saturday and Sunday.

But as I was only affected on Saturday and because there were many hotels around the con hotel within walking distance, I will give the five stars anyway.

Especially as it’s not really in the hands of the organiser how booked a hotel will be and as clashing schedules can never be avoided completely.

In the end it was a great and fun weekend, very well organised and with a very helpful staff and approachable organiser.

So definitely wanna do it again. :)

This is by far the most amazing convention company! Atmosphere is great and the prices are reasonable. They are run with people who have a love of fandom and it shows in everything they do to bring the best experience to everyone.

CR6 was the best ever yet - you could see all the guest stars were so relaxed, thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the event was so well run. Had an amazing time meeting both old great friends and making new 🥰

Absolutely fantastic company.
Before you purchase any tickets all the rules are stated very clear before.
You know what you sign up for and it’s worth every penny.

Cross Roads 6 was even better than I could of imagined. The price is great and the guests, visitors, stewards/ volunteers & Sean are the best. Sean puts a tremendous effort into these events to make everyone feel valued. And it shows.

I’m looking forward to my next Cross Roads. Sean went above and beyond for the lot of us and I’m grateful that he keeps doing it.

I wasn't able to attend Cross Roads 4 and 5 due to my health but spoke to the organisers and got all rearranged to attend Cross Roads 6 and it was everything I was hoping it would be and more!

The staff and volunteers are so helpful and knowledgeable, nothing is too much of an ask for them, they go above and beyond to provide each person with a tailored experience, especially if you have disabilities or are neurodivergent.

The guests are so nice and everyone makes sure to behave well too!

I can't praise Sean and Starfury enough for their amazing conventions, and I will be back again for my next one as soon as I can afford it!

Friendly staff, very inclusive event with an outstanding access programme and free carer passes available. Family friendly and extremely well organised. Excellent all round, can't recommend them enough.
