Garry came to service our boiler and complete an inspection recently. Garry kept me informed of anything he was changing (or reason not required) throughout his visit. He arrived promptly and completed the boiler service and general system checks all with a smile and a good bit of banter!

Gary Stark installed our boiler a couple of years and done an excellent clean job. He has been back for an annual service the last two years and done thorough checks on the heating system. I contacted Stark Heating after my boiler started making my a funny whining noise. Garry and his Son came out and had a look at it quickly. I was very impressed with Garry’s knowledge and honesty. I was given a couple of options and quotes with full breakdown of costs for transparency. I have booked them in next month to carry out the repairs required.

My elderly parents had no heating on a cold February morning. Called at 8am and Gary attended just over 1 hour later. Fixed the issue and restored their heating, much to their relief and comfort.

Highly reccomend. Very professional and respectful of the house while undertaking the work, found a solution to meet our budget and went above and beyond expectations. Had no troubles since install. New boiler is working a treat, house feels brand new.

Second time we’ve had work carried out by Garry & his son. Garry explained everything that he was doing before and after and in a way that we could/would understand. Garry was very prompt and we received regular communication prior to the appt scheduled. He also explained everything well and we received detailed email information about the service carried out. A new central heating wireless control was required and he was able to discuss different options to suit our budget. Overall very pleased with the service provided.
