UNHELPFUL
Unhelpful either on the phone or we chat via overseas advisors, only wanted to change departure month as accidentally out in incorrectly less than 12 hours before and paid for myself.
Would not discuss with me even tho I paid and had to pull my son out of meeting to talk to them !
3 hours wasted , cancelled policy and waiting on refund !!!!

We are only able to discuss and make amendments with the policy organiser unless permission has been given for a named individual to speak with us.
As the organiser of the policy was your son, we would only be able to speak with him. You are able to purchase a policy on behalf of your son as the traveller, but you would put your own details as the organiser (the first section on the website) if you wanted to discuss, make amendments and/or cancel the policy.
My apologies for any confusion or frustration caused.

Hesitant not been abroad for a while
Not been abroad for 8 years and things have changed. I've had a detached retina and been diagnosed with ADHD in this time and duly hesitant that these things could be a red rag to bull for companies to overcharge me. Not the case though with staysure after hours of research and excellent reviews, staysure is the perfect fit to relieve my anxiety when going to Sri Lanka. Added bonus of providing a doctor whilst I'm out there for non emergency services. Highly recommend, but don't actually go until October.

A great company to deal with
I am very happy with the coverage offered and the service provided. Online queries are handled well and efficiently. There is just one thing that prevent me from awarding the full five stars: I cannot seem to remove health conditions that no longer apply. An original broad-based diagnosis has since been refined twice. All three diagnoses are now shown (and probably charged for).

Holiday insurance quotation…
After researching for holiday insurance in 2027 we used the Staysure online system to obtain a quote. The process was straightforward and the subsequent quote was acceptable and fully met our future travel requirements. Difficult to comment on the insurance package as a whole but obtaining the quote was easy so hope that any subsequent claim is met with the same sort of response.
