Lack of flexibility with Signature annual insurance.
Level of general Signature annual multi-trip travel insurance is excellent. However, the winter sports element is limited to 2 ski trips per year and there is no possibility of an extension even with an additional premium. The offer suggested of taking out single trip insurance for additional ski trips was not at all attractive!

At first they quoted me a very high price for the Insurance. When I queried it, they very clearly explained the reason, therefore I chose a different route and the quite was quite I had expected. Furthermore, they agreed to apply an offer they had sent me with a birthday card back in April.
I have been previously insured by them and have no complaints.
