We visited Stebbings to look for an upgrade of our car. We had a ar to trade in and an idea what sort of car we wanted, I knew what colour too!!
Tom was fantastic, he helped us decide if the car i had chosen met our family needs, budget and requirements. He was cool, calm and never pushy. Everything was explained fully and at no point did we feel we were being forced to buy. Tom let us go for a test drive, he agreed a great price for our trade in car too. We left feeling that we had been very well looked after by Tom.

Went into Stebbings with the intention of test driving and potentially buying a specific vehicle they had on their website. I was served by Daniel and he was very helpful and friendly, once I wanted to purchase the vehicle it was a very stress free transaction with no sneaky hidden extra costs. When I picked the car up Tom assisted me and was also very helpful, I even got half a tank of fuel.

I had a Daniel and Tom serve me, Both staff were extremely helpful and made my time spent throughout stebbings feel at ease and any questions I had they answered, I would definitely recommend stebbings and the car was spotless on collection. Couldn't be happier ☺️

Neamh helped me with my new car purchase, she was so helpful and honest, explaining all the info and choices I had, as well as being overall so lovely and easy to talk to! Didn’t feel pressured at all, unlike what you sometimes can get at other garages. I would highly recommend Neamh and Stebbings.

As soon as we walked in to the showroom, the staff there could not have been more helpful and friendly. Andrew Ntege and Thomas Hemming went the extra mile to make sure all our queries were answered and that the car buying process was smooth and stress free. We would 100% buy from Stebbings again.

All I can say is absolutely fantastic service from stebbings staff! Making the whole experience very inviting and welcoming.
Initially being served by Charlie who was very helpful. Then Chris took over who went out his way to make the experience extra special! Having been to quite a few car sale showrooms before, which in my eyes was absolutely appalling service! Stebbings are 2nd to none.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will do in the near future.
Any issue I have had Chris has gone out his way to solve them.
Appreciate the experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future!

Very good service from start to finish, this is my 8th vehicle from Stebbings and the service has always been faultless. Tom boyns has been fantastic sorting out my new M2. Looking forward to many miles to cover. We will be back for the 9th

I recently went to Stebbings Car Superstore looking for a MK4.5 ST Estate and dealt with Jake. He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Not your typical pushy car salesman — he listened to exactly what I was after, gave honest advice, and made the whole process relaxed and enjoyable. His friendly and professional approach really stood out. Stebbings, you’ve got a great employee here — make sure you keep him! Highly recommend asking for Jake if you’re after a car.

I was helped through the process of choosing and buying a car by Charlie. He was very polite and helpful. I was buying a car through having my car totalled so I was very nervous suddenly having to get a new car but he made it so easy.I was not put under any pressure to buy just helpful information. I will definitely recommend Stebbings to family and friend.

The car was presented in great shape and prepared to greatest standard. Chris was accommodating to our schedule and the transaction went smoothly.

DO NOT TRUST MOTONOVO OR STEBBINGS!

And i would give ZERO stars if possible!

I financed a £55K Porsche Macan via MotoNovo, paying a £14K deposit.

Within weeks:

Air-con motor fault
Oil change light
Rear tyre needing replaced
Damaged alloy
Rear window needed recalibrated
And to top it all a rodent nest with internal damage discovered by Porsche.

I formally rejected the car under the Consumer Rights Act, but Ben at Stebbings rejected it. Stacey at MotoNovo tried forcing me into a biased inspection (read the company reviews that confirm this!) and ignored Porsche’s evidence then dropped £200 into my bank without consent before even sending their formal decision email. ALL IN BLACK & WHITE!!

They’ve shown zero accountability and don’t adhere to UK consumer law.

This has now gone to the Financial Ombudsman, Motor Ombudsman, and Trading Standards armed with a load of evidence.

Avoid them both. Absolutely Disgusting!

Chris helped me with the purchase of my new car and the process was really well done. Everything is perfect with the car and couldn’t be happier. The whole process off buying it Chris was great!
