Great pricing, terrrriiiible customer service. Rude and inattentive staff. No follow up. Waste of time even trying to get help. Purchase at your own risk (and potentially benefit! Cus GREAT pricing!)... See more

Marla B made this purchase top notch. Nothing worse than being in between sizes with online orders and she helped a ton so I could get moving on a rain jacket I've been tracking for awhile.

I ordered two pairs of shoe
I ordered two pairs of shoe, they were too small really a good high-end buy. I had to return them, the person I spoke with really late on Sun. night knew his business, friendly, alert, polite, assist me asap. Looking over the site they have very good deals, and the postage is reasonable. Thanks

Different jacket colour than photo and description
Ordered a fjallraven keb jacket from SaC, chose the black colour and the photo showed a jacket than was black but when they shipped it, I received a different version which was black and grey. I've made other orders from SaC which were fine but pretty disappointed this time.

Bad experience with SteepandCheap
Bad experience with SteepandCheap. Pricing was attractive but shipping came damaged and it was hard to find a resolution. Probably wont be back.
