Just passed my driving test today and honestly couldn't have asked for a better instructor! Robbie was patient, friendly and kept me on my toes. He was always ready to explain things and help me work through anything I found challenging and I can't praise or thank him enough!

Michelle from Steer We Go helped me pass my driving test first time with zero faults. She was patient with me in getting rid of my bad habits and I couldn’t have done it without her. She was very attentive and worked with me to choose methods that would suit me to get me up to test standard. She eased my nerves and I couldn’t have picked a better driving school to pass my test with. Thank you Michelle!

Pauls a great teacher whose particularly good at adapting to your preferred style of learning. He keeps you on your toes and focused whilst still being able to have a laugh. Making the whole experience a lot more enjoyable and relaxing.

Passed today in colchester with only 2 driving faults! I wouldn’t of been able to do it without Paul, very patient, calm and funny too! Can have a good laugh but also very serious and calms your nerves. Thanks Paul….best driving school around!

Paul is an outstanding driving instructor, helping me pass first time 👍 he’s easy to get along with, funny and patient. I would highly recommend Steer We Go to anyone!

This may be unusual, but I'm writing a review for Steerwego Learners even before my driving test because of the confidence and skill boost Paul has given me in just one block booking. I have never looked forward to a lesson as much as I have with Paul!
I've driven with several driving instructors, but I got to say it's hard to find someone who does it better! Paul is calm, composed, and a great (wink) singer, too! He has a masterful grasp of manual car operation and exceptional relational skills to both confident and nervous learners, any language or ethnicity, male or female. It doesn't matter. Perhaps he can even teach a dog to drive!
I have nothing against automatic, but I would honestly vouch for him in making manual so much fun when he says, "You wanna drive automatic? Let me change your mind."
Book two hours with him and prove me wrong! A lesson with him is worth a block of ten with a novice instructor!
I love driving with Paul so much that I'm already thinking about booking my Pass Plus with him as soon as I get my full license just for the pleasure of learning from the very best! Give this man a YouTube channel already!

Today, 06/07/2021, I have passed my driving test in Colchester!

I can’t recommend Steer We Go driving enough! Paul was an amazing instructor and completely put me at ease in all of my lessons. He is so patient and understanding and also a great laugh which helps if you’re feeling nervous!

No question was ever a silly question and I left every lesson feeling extremely confident. I passed first time and I definitely couldn’t have done it without Paul!

After a horrible experience with another local driving school, I found Steer We Go and it changed everything for me. I was put in touch with Michelle and I could not recommend her and this company more. She is personable, thoughtful and extremely patient.

Riddled with anxiety, she went over and above to break those negative feelings. Right up to test she found solutions to all my driving woes and I passed first time. Hats off to this amazing woman, she is a credit to this company as well as the driving instructor industry.

Learning with Paul was such a great experience. Starting out as such an anxious driver, I never would have believed I'd pass first time with no driving faults! Paul always made me feel safe and in control and always knew how to put a smile on your face with his jolly approach to learning. With several national lockdowns due to covid, my journey took a lot longer than expected but it was worth the time and money for such a great experience. Thank you Paul

From being a nuisance on the road to being a confident driver. I learned with Michelle from Steer We Go. Very patient, calm and professional. She is very encouraging and I really enjoyed the way she taught. Rather than just focusing on passing the test, she taught me methods and specifics to become a safe and a good driver. Always very willing to teach and go the extra mile. Thank you for being a brilliant teacher and getting me through this despite going through multiple lockdowns and cancellations. Passed first time. I couldn’t ask for a better driving school than Steer We Go! My instructor Bethanie was brilliant, really patient and professional and knew exactly how to get the best out of my driving during my lessons. I’m quite an anxious driver but Beth was great when it came to building my confidence with both the theory and practical side of things. I honestly couldn’t fault the service provided at all and I’d like to personally thank Beth for all the time and effort she put into my driving and ultimately passed due to her commitment. I highly recommend Steer We Go to any new learner!

I could not have been happier with Steer We Go Learners! My instructor was Beth, and she was so calm and understanding when we first started because I was so nervous to begin with. Michelle was my driving instructor after a long break, she really helped bring up my confidence, skills and gave amazing, constructive feedback for everything I did, always felt accomplished after each lesson, and got me test ready super quick

I hadn’t driven for a while so needed a few refresher lessons to get me back on the road. I took some lessons with Michelle they were great, I was able to choose exactly how I wanted to do the lessons and we went through all of the things I wanted to touch on. I felt extremely anxious about driving but Michelle made me feel at ease within one lesson and gave me methods on how to overcome this. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Despite such short notice managed to schedule me in and remained very professional. Great support and great person!
