Dropped in on a whim and found exactly what we were looking for at an excellent price compared to what we’d seen elsewhere. We quickly arranged a test drive there and then, and can’t fault the service, even though we were close to closing time! Kieron has been brilliant throughout the process, he’s friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Shout out to the manager too who was equally friendly and helpful, Devon (I think?!), highly recommend the whole team.

I bought my daughter a car from the Crawley branch a year ago, which swiftly proved to have a serious fault with the engine resulting in a consistent oil leak. This in turn damaged the catalytic converter. They were incredibly unhelpful at getting the problem seen to - sent us two other garages. We have had to commit to paying the £1k+ exploratory fee and the total cost for fixing it is more than the original cost of the car.

It took weeks, dozens of calls and eventually a sit in to get them to process the warrantee and enable the work to be started.

The warranty won’t cover the full cost. We’ve accepted that as we have no choice, but now Stellantis are sitting on the money from the approved warrantee, ignoring phone calls and emails and so the car can not be released to my daughter. It’s been at the garage for 4 months and still she doesn’t have a car. It’s cost her a fortune in alternative travel for work.

Don’t touch them with a barge pole, all charm but fundamentally crooks.

Even though they didn’t have the exact car we needed (as we were looking for a diesel MPV rather than an electric), they went above and beyond to assist us. Rather than just turning us away, they took the time to understand our needs and even helped us explore alternative solutions. Their customer service was outstanding, and their honesty and professionalism were truly appreciated. We may not have found our car there this time, but we wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future!

Bought a Deisel Auto Combo. Scott was very helpful and patient with me.. finally made the deal. They drove it down 2.5hrs away for me. Unfortunately, there was a thumping and splatting noise when braking. Wasn't best pleased. But Scott and Manager Mark went out of their way to give me a brand new courtesy car while they had a look at the problem. Sods law the noise stopped on route to meet them. But they took it anyway and had a good look to make sure all ok. Can't fault them. Getting my car back tomorrow. Great guys, great company.

The showroom was inviting and had a friendly atmosphere which made for a comfortable experience for both myself and my Husband as well as our little girl. The pricing was fair and transparent throughout and I understood everything from the financial aspect.
