I purchased my Alfa Romeo Junior Elettrica Veloce from Saber and the service from start to finish was exceptional. We first saw the car on Tuesday and by Friday we were driving it home!
Saber was incredibly responsive, attentive and helpful throughout. He made the whole purchasing process incredibly smooth and took the time to show me everything on the car when I collected it, making sure I was completely comfortable with it before I left.
He genuinely goes out of his way to help and nothing feels like too much trouble. We have bought cars from a number of premium brands over the years, including Jaguar, and the service from Saber was honestly better than anything we have experienced elsewhere.
Genuinely premium-level customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Saber — and I absolutely love the car!

Experience in buying a new Alfa Romeo Gulia
I was looking for a new Alfa Romeo Guilia. I had been badly let down by a company who I drove to 300 mile round trip for a demonstration to be told they did not have a car for me to drive! In despair I almost gave up but for one last try drove to Stellantis and You Leicester (200 mile round trip). I arrived on Sunday the 1st of March and my experience could not have been more different. Ali Saber went out of his way to be helpful to the point that without relaising it we carried on talking for more than an hour after the dealrship had closed! I subsequently ordered the car and there was a hickup in delivery. Ali Saber and Stellantis and You were exceptional in thier handling of the problem. I love my new car and can not thank Stellantis and You and in particular more for all of thier assitance. I would fully recommend buying a car from this company. Totaly honest and totaly customer focused!

A real pleasure to buy an Alfa from Stellantis in Leicester. No hard sell, completely relaxed and a stunning showroom all add to the experience that you are getting something special, a piece of history almost.
Les the Concierge was brilliant from day one (it was a 4 month process from ordering to delivery) and he always kept us informed with updates on delivery and schedules etc.
Really loving my Junior Intensa...stands out from all the other generic SUV's out there at this moment in time.....

Great buying experience looked after by Saber Ali
Was looked after by Saber Ali based in Leicester - he is very knowledgeable about the car sold, I would go as far as saying a real enthusiast, very polite and helpful with advice and additional information. He paid attention to detail, and even personally delivered the car when suitable trailer transport couldn't be secured. Would recommend without hesitation.
