We bought it remotely as we live in the North East but we were confident throughout the whole experience.Saber kept us up to date through the the whole process with phone calls and emails and gave us the best deal as we had been looking at a similar car closer to home.Saber has also rang to make sure everything was okay and that we were happy after picking up the car

We couldn’t recommend Saber at Alfa Romeo more highly. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about the brand, honest, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everything you’d hope for in a sales representative.
We recently purchased a Tonale, and from our very first enquiry to driving the car home, the customer service we received was exceptional. We had explored other makes beforehand, but it was Saber’s professionalism, expertise, and genuine enthusiasm for Alfa Romeo that ultimately helped us make our decision.
He took the time to understand what would best suit our needs, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made sure we were fully comfortable and informed before making the journey to Leicester. On the day of collection, he went above and beyond to make the experience special.

I came in fairly late in my pregnancy
I came in fairly late in my pregnancy, and Saber went out of his way to make the whole process easy and stress-free. He was thoughtful about giving me a seat, offered water, and never made me feel rushed. Buying a car while pregnant isn’t exactly relaxing, but Saber made it as smooth and comfortable as it could be. So grateful for his kindness and attention to detail — I left feeling looked after and confident in my decision.
