He took time to understand what we needed and was very proficient at his work he showed us around the vehicle his knowledge of the vehicle was comprehensive
He did all he could to make the transaction very easy and I would recommend your company to anybody who wanted to buy a new vehicle

Robins & Day - Chingford were very helpful and although they did not have the car we wanted at their showroom, they arranged for one to be brought over from another branch (deposit required). The salesman, Ozan Karagulmez, was very professional and dealt with our queries without being either too pushy or overeager to complete the sale. We felt quite at ease and were made to feel comfortable. We hope that this attitude towards customers continues in the after sales service.

The sales advisor, Mahad was brilliant. He was so helpful, honest, polite and allowed time for me to digest all the information. He listened to what I, the customer, wanted. He explained the different processes and steps of choosing and buying a car very clearly. He has made things as simple as possible for me.

We was served by Reece, he provided us with more of a service then a sale. We was helped through out the purchase and he had the patience of a saint.
