Got my brand new DS car from Chiswick in November 2022, has an issue with its fast charge system, and I am struggling with the dealership trying to get it sorted. No communication, promises broken.

Service department is in shambles. We have had 3 months of problems with our DS7 after booking in a service with them - it's still not fixed. They won't respond to emails, phone calls, or even DS Customer service team.

I have many good years of excellent services from your Company since I Bought my Citroen C5 Car In 2006 from your Company when you were at the old site. I have had very excellent Customer Service since that time.
So I came back to your Company because I need to Change my Car.
Mr. Akeel Osman and Mr. Daniel Platt took excellent care of me and managed to enable me pick a new car today.
So it has been wonderful meeting

Worse after sales service ever. They never pick up the phone or call you once you bring the car in for service. All you get when you ring is passed through to the central office where they tell you that they will pass the message on for them to ring you back and it never happens. They have had my car for a month and since the day I dropped it off I have had no contact from them to even tell me what is wrong with the car despite 5 phone calls to them and multiple phone calls to the customer care office who can’t even get hold of them. Avoid this company completely!

The staff in the showroom are always polite and helpful. Whether placing an order for a new vehicle or service you are kept in the loop.

Danella was very supportive she helped me from start to finish.

Excellent service as always from the DS Salon at R&D West London in Brentford (they call it Chiswick, but we know it's really Brentford!). I have now bought two cars via their sales person Danella and she has provided exemplary service. Heartily recommended if you fancy une voiture Française.

Service department is very slow in answering the phone or calling back customers.
Initial calls to book are answered quickly, but try getting in touch after authorising the work and you are on you own.
