Impossible to get through to service…
Impossible to get through to service dept. Had my van cannot get an update on progress and no one in service department answers the phone you get through to a voicemail they never ever call you back. Eventually got through to central call centre. Guess what they couldn’t get anyone to answer a phone, said they would leave a message to call me back. Guess what no one did. Avoid this dealership at all costs simply not enough staff to cope. Had to wait 14 days to get it booked in. Wish I hadn’t.. buying two new vans next year it certainly won’t be Peugeot and especially this dealer. Not what you would expect from a main dealer who are obviously running on a shoestring staff

Tony Heal, The young lady who handled my enquiry was extremely helpful and supportive and did everything she could to enable me to purchase the car I was interested in. Unfortunately it wasn’t practical for me at the present time but I will certainly return to speak to Toni in the new year when my opportunity to take delivery will be more practical.

Good customer service provided by Jonathan Griffin. He took his time to explain what he did and helped to find a good bargain on the purchased car.
