I've had my last 3 cars from Stellantis (DS and now Citroen) and am so happy with the service from all departments. Kara McSheffrey has always supported me and guided me on my options and provided great care. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is covered and I've felt really looked after. They have honestly made everything so easy for me and the service from everyone has always been first rate, from purchase to Servicing. I've been really pleased with every car I've had, so I would highly recommend.

I popped in with light on dash to see my young sales lady Kara McSheffrey. She with the help of Alice in service bent over backwards to help me. They got my car straight in and resolved my issue while I waited. I was provided with hot drinks and sat catching up with Kara who is just so lovely, very funny and a credit to your team!! They even washed my car. What a dealership highly recommend thanks Kara!

I took my car in following a noise I was hearing, did a health check and everything came out normal and I was told it was nothing to worry about it was just to engine warming up ... 2 months later I returned and was told without hesitation my car needed a new engine over the same issue! They also came to this conclusion by just listening to the noise no investigation was carried out, At no point did they try to rule out other causes of the noise just straight to new engine. After getting a second opinion I was advised to get the sump drained and cleaned start small and rule certain things out first with hesitation Peugeot did this but told me I was wasting my time but Surprise surprise the noise stopped following this. So all the stress of trying to find £7k for a new engine was not needed. I recently took my Peugeot to get a wet belt change at a independent garage as I can no longer trust Peugeot to be told the sump wasn't sealed correctly and it hadn't been cleaned correctly at best it was just drained but the oil also wasn't replaced. Luckily the car had been off the road due to needing the wet belt replacing so had not been driven, there was also no oil stains on the floor where the car had sat for 2 months awaiting this repair either so no obv leaking.
Over all it was a very poor experience and had put me of Peugeot completely.
The customer service staff were nice and friendly but it's a shame the manger/technician was just trying to feed targets whilst acting like they are doing you a favor.

We had a great experience from day one,meeting Kaz Sohal for the first time, he showed us around a few cars to see what would suit our needs, showed us all the features off the car and it was perfect for us a new 3008 hybrid, so we put a order in for one, Kaz kept us informedall the way until it arrived at stellantis Peugeot coventry,,,,we had a day and time to collect the car,on the day. When we were due to change our motability car, Carl from Peugeot was excellent. Right from the start he talked us through everything. He explained literally everything we needed to know about the car and what apps we would need to help us with charging etc.
He kept in touch with us from the day we ordered the car, letting us know what was happening and keeping us updated every step of the way.
This is the fourth motability car we have had and Carl made it the easiest and the most stress free.

The speed of getting the problem sorted out.
That said, it was very disappointing that the error had reoccurred just over a week after my car had had a recall remedy installed for the root cause of the issue.
