We had booked a 24 hour test drive of a citreon c3 aircross. On arrival at the dealership no-one knew anything about our booking or who we were. The staff member we managed to speak to told us there was no such thing as a 24hour test drive. He then arranged for us to have a test drive but wanted to accompany us. This is not what we signed up for so walked out. We will not be back and have decided to take our business elsewhere.

If I could give less than 1 star I would
Our vehicle returned to the dealership for a recall on the Camshaft chain.
A 1hr (possibly 1 day) process took 11 days! This was from 28th July until 7th August 2026
Yes, it was FOC but it took over our life with the to-ing and fro-ing to the dealership.
We were issued with a loan vehicle which had a problem with the front passenger side tyre. This took 4hr 10min to fix. This was another inconvenience in the process.
We received a message to switch loan vehicle. Upon arrival the dealership had shut and surprise! There was no loan vehicle and the employees shutting up knew nothing. The replacement was then provided the day before the recall repair was complete. What a farce!
The Customer Care line could not care less as to any inconvenience caused and how long it had taken as no money has actually been paid.
We have had three new Citroen/Peugeot vans as our last three purchases.
Clearly this company do not care for its customers and the impact this has upon their lives.
AVOID at all costs.

I had the great pleasure of having Josh from the Coventry branch look after me. His professionalism and knowledge were fantastic. He assured me of a quick turn around. Which he delivered on. Overall a fantastic experience. Josh is a credit to the Coventry branch and the company as a whole. His customer services skills are outstanding. He even had a glass of water waiting for me when I came to collect the car. Small tokens like that, go a long way. I drove away a happy girl.

Avoid! Went to Northampton for my last Peugeot as the service at this dealership was awful. Came back in June after 3 years to lovely service from member of staff who has since left, and now I am back to the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No confirmed delivery date on order, chasing with no update whatsoever. Terrible service, try Peugeot Northampton if you can travel, they were great.

The only positive aspect of my experience was dealing with Ashley, the salesman. He was professional, helpful and made the purchasing process straightforward.

Unfortunately, my experience after collecting the vehicle has been very disappointing.

When I removed the dealership’s branded number plates to fit my own private registration, I discovered that two unnecessary holes had been drilled into the tailgate. The vehicle already has the manufacturer’s designated mounting points for number plates, so there was no reason to drill additional holes. These extra holes have permanently damaged the tailgate, create a potential rust risk, and may affect the corrosion warranty for that panel.

I contacted the dealership to raise the issue, but they denied responsibility. However, the branded plates they fitted clearly demonstrate that the dealership removed the original plates and installed their own, during which these unnecessary holes were drilled.

To make matters worse, the vehicle was also supplied without the manufacturer’s portable (“granny”) charging cable, which should have been included.

I am now having to obtain repair quotations for damage that should never have occurred.

This review reflects my personal experience. I hope the dealership chooses to resolve these issues, but based on my experience I cannot recommend them.

Carl at the Coventry branch who is the motability specialist was fantastic when it came to me choosing my next car. I had an idea what car I wanted but was a little apprehensive about having a hybrid engine. After speaking to Carl I felt more positive about the engine. I totally love my new 3008 GT Premium. Carl went through all the different features on the handover and said if I have any issues or problems to call or nip in. Fantastic service from start to finish.

Great experience buying with Stellantis in Coventry.

It started well - we went in last week (Coventry) ready to buy a car, but whilst we were enthusiastically encouraged to provide a positive review we have struggled to get the information we asked for and needed, not least how much the car we want costs!

We went back. We asked again and were promised a call back. Didn't happen. Phoned and asked again. We'll call back. They haven't.

Car looks great. Highly reviewed and supported by govt (electric) grant. But it turns out the e-C5 Aircross long distance isn't yet available to buy - according to Evans Halshaw.

So we'll probably buy a Skoda. Shame - it wasn't our first choice, but is now.

They are lovely friendly people, but either they don't know what they should know, or we were misled.

Oh, and the Citroen website is really poor - every Citroen staff member agrees and apologises that it's hard to navigate and the information is full of holes.

We did a review. Wish it could have been more positive.

Recently we got a car from the Coventry garage from Alisa. She was really warming, supportive and approachable. An asset to the company. She has followed up and checked in regularly since our car came home. Really lovely garage and staff.

I would highly recommend Tyler. From the first time we spoke, he has been professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain the different finance options available and has always been honest and transparent throughout the process.
Even though I have not yet purchased a vehicle, Tyler has been very patient, answered all my questions, and continued to help me find options that suit my budget and requirements. I never felt under pressure and genuinely appreciated his excellent customer service.

Tyler’s customer service was great. He kept in regular contact and dealt with all my queries and concerns.

I have been using this business for many years and always found them excellent. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the work is completed on time and communication throughout the day is first class with direct contact with the staff member who booked the car in by text available.

I never give 5 stars easily but I have to give it to Alisa at Stellantis. I have been using them for years and always dread going to get a new car and although I have not received bad service, neither have I had much to shout about. Alisa has broke to mould by demonstrating a level of service that I can only describe as outstanding. Her communication and effort when way beyond my expectations. I love my car. I would recommend Alisa to anyone who like me always find these type of transactions difficult. She is of a different level of service. Thanks again, Karen
