When ordering the advisor was off sick, yet, still on several occasions she sorted questions and made things happen. This continued when she returned. The whole process was so easy. If there wasn’t an immediate answer to a question then the right one was sought and found. The modern miracle? When they said they’d contact me, they actually did, and, on time.

Worst dealership experience ever, I was on the phone with one of the staff, he asked why I called, I was trying to explain & he wouldn't even let me talk, talking over me all through the conversation & finally hung up on me. He was really rude. I have never experienced anything like that before, I wish I could give less than one star. Treating your customer like that should never be allowed!

Always a pleasure to visit this dealer, despite the difficulty in finding a space in the crowded parking lots. The reception staff are eager to please, and our experience of Kara, in the sales team, has always been the best, even if, this last time, we didn't have the greatest enthusiasm for the 'special' event which was to promote the latest in Citroen's EV lineup

Cameron was very helpful, and very informative.

To be honest, our experience started badly, with our car breaking down on holiday due to a manufacturer recall issue that we hadn't been made aware of. We were expecting a long wait to get the car sorted and returned. The general customer care lines at Stellantis Group weren't over helpful in getting the situation resolved. However, once Jack Palmer (General Manager at Stellantis & You Coventry) got involved, the communication improved 100% and he managed to turn things around brilliantly. He kept me informed of progress on a regular basis, we got the car back much earlier than expected (nice and clean) and there was no bill for rectifying the fault. Throughout our correspondence, Jack showed a really strong and persistent commitment to customer service and transparency - and did so with politeness and good humour. In my experience, that level of personal service is rare, so thank you again Jack - and see you when we bring the car in for it's next service!

I don’t normally stay with same manufacturer when my PCP deals comes to the end , However I have my experience with my 308 SW led me to enquire with sales team at Coventry Peugeot . To my delight the same people I dealt with 3 years ago were still there. Having reached out and undertook a test drive of 3008 I was guided through spec, colours & finance . There was superb communication throughout the process
- decision was made - Staying with Peugeot.
Target dates for the delivery was met .

Dealt with Aaron who was super helpful and not pushy at all. Provided me with keys so was able to test drive on my own which was appreciated. Added on some paint protection which was a nice perk and added to the transaction. Handover was smooth - provided info on servicing plans and agreed to send over and contact me in a few days so I could think about it rather than pressured to buy there and then. Overall a great experience.

The service I received from here was nothing short of superb. Friendly and helpful from enquiry to completion including remote delivery. Leigh went beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and checked in every step of the way. He and his drivers really went the extra mile (or in our case, the extra 550 miles). Cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service.
