I never give 5 stars easily but I have to give it to Alisa at Stellantis. I have been using them for years and always dread going to get a new car and although I have not received bad service, neither have I had much to shout about. Alisa has broke to mould by demonstrating a level of service that I can only describe as outstanding. Her communication and effort when way beyond my expectations. I love my car. I would recommend Alisa to anyone who like me always find these type of transactions difficult. She is of a different level of service. Thanks again, Karen

Bought a used car from Peter Spooner at Peugeot Coventry. Very helpful, not full of jargon nonsense that you often get from car salesman. Would recommend him as a person to deal with.

I’ve waited to post this review as I thought I would be fair and allow Stellantis to rectify the issues and poor service I had when I purchased my car. But unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. Sadly this has been the worst experience and most disappointing service I’ve ever received from a company.

We had a chaotic service during the purchase which resulted in paperwork being incorrect for the car we were purchasing. When asked for feedback on the service we were honest and said there were things that could be improved upon. That resulted in the salesperson arguing with us and getting very defensive and annoyed with us and stating ‘let’s just get this over with’. I drove away from the dealership feeling very upset after that confrontation, not how it should be when you have just bought a new car.

My car paperwork wasn’t completed properly, (which I knew due to the chaotic service on the day was going to happen), resulting in me having to contact the DVLA to request a replacement V5. I wouldn’t expect to buy a car from a dealer and have to spend so much time and effort trying to sort out missing paperwork and prove that I had purchased a car. Three months later I managed to get a V5. I was also promised paperwork from the salesperson about warranty cover for the wet belt on the car which I have never received. I was offered a full tank of fuel and a valet after contacting them to try and resolve the missing paperwork and for the poor service we received. But then unfortunately they never replied to my emails to book in the valet. So just overall a really poor service, I would never recommend Stellantis to anyone, and will never use them to purchase a car again.

We submitted an enquiry through the easy to use website and Aaron phoned us back with a time to come along and value our current car. Despite having the whole family, he was very acccomodating and allowed us to peruse all of th potential options available to us. The part exchange process was smooth and he managed to offer us some great discount which was very much appreciated. Five stars from us.

Positively cane away from Stellantis Peugeot, in Coventry, regarding the purchase of our new 2008 Allure. Kaz Sohal, New Sales Manager, took us through a friendly, professional appointment listened and matched our needs perfectly. In fact, his customer care was second to none and the whole process was made clear and easy to understand. After being initially very pleased with the garage when we purchased a second hand car from them we are now very disappointed with them
After two emails asking if the second key to the car has arrived they have not replied to either email. Very shoddy
service.

As an add on to my original 1 star , I've now changed it to a 5 star, as Alex has been super helpful in sorting this problem out. My two emails were not acted on as my original salesperson had left. Alex has sorted it out straight away and kept me informed every step of the way
