Mo, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from test drive to delivery of vehicle. Kept us updated at all times and was very patient, understanding of my disability. He ensured that we were completely happy with our vehicle. Patient on hand over of the vehicle. So my car kept coming up with battery fault so I called Stellantis Vauxhall and they just told me to not drive my car and book in an appointment which was over a month for the next available appointment which I took cause they had advised me to stop driving my car, during the phone call I wasn't asked if I would like a courtesy car when my car is dropped off! I was advised by RAC when I was booking in my car to be towed if Stellantis has booked in a courtesy car cause I am entitled to have one so I called them to find out what to do and they just honestly don't care at all, I've been trying every other day for the last month to see if they have had any cancellations which they haven't which isn't their fault but they should have advised me that I'm entitled to have a courtesy car when I made the original booking as I haven't had my car for over a month! My fully electric car is ticking, it won't switch on at all, it won't register that the key is in the car, theirs a fault in the battery and with the traction too!

I was having my annual service and was also offered the opportunity to get my car valued.
Vikesh (the person who valued my car) was very knowledgeable and offered some good advice. Normally I would have imagined the person valuing my car would have tried to pressure me into changing my car and trading it in. But this was not the case. I appreciated the advice and will probably be back at a later stage.
Overall, the staff that dealt with me were very friendly, as well as the lady who was doing the cleaning.

Laura made everything really easy and answered all of my questions

Vic was very helpful. He is knowledgeable in his field and his customer service skills are great. He took the time to answer questions. He is professional yet friendly, where as a customer I felt at ease with his help. He was also very patient in guiding through the process of getting the car

Overall, a good service

Great customer service from Mo, who was knowledgeable and helpful and gave great options and advice to my budget and needs. He kept me updated and whenever I called he gave me updates. Couldn't fault his service and would recommend the dealership because of his great customer experience.
