Great service

Had my Citroen C3 Aircross in for its 4 year service and MOT. Sagal was very helpful, keeping me updated on Portree throughout the day. Work was done to budget but will need to go back for some needed additional replacement work to rear brakes. Best experience to date at the Edgware branch which has been a bit hit and miss in the past.

Please be careful of the unscrupulous behaviours that go on in this branch.

I was taking my fleet car for a service and getting a courtesy car for the day. The assistant (Vivek), processed things quickly and took me around to check the courtesy car. He explained to me that there were some damages to the wheels and bodywork which he noted down on his paperwork, but stupid me didn’t check properly or took pictures or video of the damages and trusted him. I drove 4 miles back to my house and 4 miles back to the garage. My house has a driveway and nowhere did I park where I would have touched the kerb.
After giving the courtesy car back and taking back my car, he showed me that there was a scratch on the left side tyre which looks “fresh”. After looking at it I said to him how do I know this is fresh that you had said there was damage to the wheels. After trying to convince him and his manager that there is no way I did this as I drove it in and out of my drive and into their bay there was no way I had scratched it. They charged me £100 as I had no proof apart from my word. I am extremely angry and had a lot of expletives I could have put down but had to calm myself before writing the review.
All I can say to people who may go to this garage in Edgware is to please video and photograph everything as I would not trust a word they say

Stellantis, I hope that this is not your business model. Even if I was considering looking at Peugeot/Citroen as my next car from this or any other Stellantis group, I would be warning people of the unscrupulous method that is going on at the Edgware Stellantis branch.

The past two visits here we have received the best experience and been welcomed greatly by Vikesh and throughout the process he has helped us decide and create an excellent vehicle to which we are all happy about. To which we have to say Vikesh has been amazing.

The MOT and service was carried out without a fault. The booking process was very efficient; I didn't have to wait to check the car in; I was informed of progress; and I was contacted when it was ready. It all went very smoothly.

They told me I could get my car back on 7th August but I got it back on Ist August. GREAT
