I had been using this software for a long time and I faced an issue recovering important data on my Mac; if it hadn’t been resolved, it would have meant losing memories. Overall, the experience was smooth and good, and I would definitely recommend Stellar to others.

I had a problem activating the software, but thanks to Rohit's help—he was methodical, meticulous, and kind—everything was resolved successfully. Now I just need to run the application and see if it can solve my problem. Rohit = 5 stars. i can't rate full atributes because i need run the app before.

I recently used Stellar Data Recovery to recover a batch of photos that were accidentally lost, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had tried a few other methods first with no luck, and I was worried the images were gone for good. Stellar’s software was incredibly easy to use. It scanned my drive quickly, found the missing files, and let me preview everything before recovering it. Within minutes, I had all of my photos back - something I honestly didn’t think would be possible. I’d absolutely recommend Stellar Data Recovery to anyone who’s dealing with lost or corrupted images. It saved me a ton of stress and brought back files that were really important to me.
I had to replace my computer after is broke, but was time! I have used Stellar Recovery frequently over the years. Because it wasn't something I needed too often I'd buy the cheapest plan, but then I realized I could just buy the "LifeTime" plan and save some money. But after my computer broke and got a new computer I needed to recover some files from a flash drive I'd overwritten. Even though the program was transferred over to the new computer it had lost its valid Key. Fortunately, I had kept the information that included the order number and "Key" it was now invalid because I was on the new computer. So I contacted Steller via their Chat service. I got their representative Rohit and he helped me through the process, but first I had to prove to him I was not trying to install the software onto another computer, because the license is only for single use, i.e. one computer. So, that was the hardest hurdle I had to face proving it was a new computer and that I did have a "Lifetime" license. Of course Rohit did want to sell me a new copy, but because I had a valid product receipt and key he relented his salesman mode and got me back up and running.

Very helpful customer service -- fixed my inadvertent deletion of key files in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended for download if you need to recover lost files. The best feature is the help in real time from customer service.
