Care needed when booking online.

The sailing was calm and comfortable layout.
However the online booking is ambiguous as car and three passengers two of which were senior citizens was interpreted by your staff as five passengers.

On the return from our holiday we were…

On the return from our holiday we were kept waiting for almost two hours in 26 degrees heat before being allowed to board. Please bear in mind my wife and I are in our 80 s and at no time did anyone come and explain the reason for the delay. It was very disappointing, given we are regular users of Stena

Ferry on schedule and premium lounge…

Ferry on schedule and premium lounge with refreshments was excellent. More lounge chairs would be good but overall a very enjoyable journey.
Boking process was quick and easy and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Travel to Hook of Holland during the day and take your caravan for free! This route is the heapest way across the channel and much more convenient than the other options. Enjoy the cruise and save money.

Always helps when the sea is calm

Always helps when the sea is calm, but this was one of the smoothest crossing I've ever made across the Irish Sea. Having access to Hygge lounge was a huge bonus and I would certainly recommend it. Loading and unloading was quite smooth and staff both at Port and on board were very helpful and friendly. I'd recommend Stena Line on the Dublin to Holyhead route
